dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาครีมของสารสกัดน้ำของตำรับยาห้ารากและควบคุมคุณภาพตำรับยา รวมถึงการศึกษาความคงสภาพทางเคมีและกายภาพ และการปลดปล่อยตัวยา โดยพัฒนาตำรับครีมของสารสกัดน้ำของยาห้ารากในความเข้มข้น 2.5% ในครีมชนิดน้ำมันในน้ำ ซึ่งมีคุณสมบัติเป็นครีมชนิดชอบน้ำ จำนวน 3 สูตร แล้วเลือกสูตรที่ดีที่สุดมาพัฒนาวิธีวิเคราะห์และทดสอบความถูกต้องของวิธีวิเคราะห์สารเทียบ คือ Perforatic Acid ด้วยวิธี RP-HPLC ตามแนวทางของ ICH Guideline Q2(R1) จากนั้นทำการควบคุมคุณภาพของตำรับยาครีมตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดของตำรายา ศึกษาการปลดปล่อยตัวยาด้วยวิธี Franz Diffusion Cell และศึกษาความคงสภาพทางกายภาพและทางเคมีของตำรับยาตามแนวทางการศึกษาความคงตัวของผลิตภัณฑ์ยา พ.ศ. 2556 ของอาเซียน ภายใต้ 2 สภาวะ คือ อุณหภูมิห้อง (30 ± 2°C / RH not specified) และสภาพเร่งที่ (40 ± 2°C / 75% RH ± 5% RH) พร้อมทั้งคำนวณอายุการเก็บรักษา ผลการศึกษาพบว่าครีมสูตรที่ 1 มีลักษณะทางกายภาพที่ดีที่สุด เนื้อครีมเนียนละเอียด ไม่แยกชั้น มีกลิ่นสมุนไพรอ่อน ๆ ทาแล้วซึมเข้าผิวได้ดี ผลการทดสอบประเมินวิธีวิเคราะห์สารเทียบพบว่ามีความถูกต้อง แม่นยำ และน่าเชื่อถือตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด โดยพบปริมาณสารเทียบในครีมเท่ากับ 32.52 ± 0.10 mg% จากการทดสอบการปลดปล่อยตัวยาพบว่าสอดคล้องกับแบบจำลอง Korsmeyer–Peppas (R² = 0.9995) โดยมีอัตราการปลดปล่อยตัวยาค่อนข้างช้า และผลจากการศึกษาความคงสภาพพบวันหมดอายุที่ 24.99 เดือน สรุปได้ว่าตำรับครีมยาห้ารากที่พัฒนาได้มีลักษณะทางเคมีและกายภาพที่ดี และผ่านการทดสอบคุณภาพตามเกณฑ์มาตรฐานของตำรายา ตำรับยาที่ได้มีความคงตัว แต่มีข้อจำกัดในอัตราการปลดปล่อยตัวยาออกจากตำรับที่ค่อนข้างช้า ดังนั้นจึงควรพัฒนาสูตรครีมต่อไปเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการปลดปล่อยตัวยาให้มากขึ้น	en_US

dc.description.other-abstract	This study developed a cream formulation incorporating an aqueous extract of the "Ya Ha-Rak" remedy, with quality control ensured through assessments of chemical and physical as well as drug release studies. A 2.5% extract cream was formulated using a hydrophilic oil-in water base in three variations. The optimal formulation was validated using RP-HPLC, with perforatic acid as the chemical marker, in accordance with ICH guideline Q2(R1). Quality control procedures adhered to pharmacopoeial standards. Drug release was evaluated using the Franz diffusion cell method while stability assessments were conducted under room temperature conditions (30 ± 2°C/ RH not specified) and accelerated conditions (40 ± 2°C/75 ± 5% RH). The first formulation exhibited the best physical properties, including a smooth texture, absence of phase-separation, a mild herbal aroma, and efficient absorption. Analytical validation confirmed the formulation’s accuracy, precision, and reliability, with a perforatic acid content of 32.52 ± 0.10 mg%. The drug release profile followed the Korsmeyer–Peppas model (R² = 0.9995), indicating a slow release rate. Stability testing estimated a shelf life of 24.99 months. In conclusion, the formulated cream demonstrated desirable characteristics and met quality standards However, its slow drug release profile suggests the need for further optimization to enhance release efficiency	en_US
