| Abstract: | การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาสื่อประกอบการเรียนการสอน VCD สำหรับปฏิบัติการเรื่อง ขั้นตอนการเพาะเลี้ยงเชื้อจุลินทรีย์ และศึกษาความพึงพอใจในสื่อการสอนประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นนักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 2 สาขาเทคโนโลยีอาหาร คณะเทคโนโลยีชีวภาพ มหาวิทยาลัยรังสิต ที่ลงทะเบียนรายวิชา FTH 221 ประจำภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปี การศึกษา 2551 จำนวน 30 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน ด้วยแบบทดสอบก่อนเรียนผ่านสื่อ VCD และหลังเรียนผ่านสื่อ VCD และมีการประเมินความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาที่มีต่อสื่อ VCD ในด้านเนื้อหาและในด้านการเรียนการสอน ผลการวิจัยเมื่อวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ ในการคำนวณซึ่งได้จากdependent sample test ด้วยความเชื่อมั่น 95 % ปรากฏว่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยจากการทดสอบด้วยแบบทดสอบหลังเรียนสูงกว่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยของแบบทดสอบก่อนเรียน ซึ่งมีความแตกต่างกันที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ 0.05 และผลจากการประเมินความพึงพอใจ พบว่าผู้ตอบแบบประเมินความพึงพอใจมีทัศนคติต่อสื่อ VCD เรื่อง ขั้นตอนการเพาะเลี้ยงเชื้อจุลินทรีย์ ในด้านเนื้อหาและการดำเนินเรื่อง และองค์ประกอบด้านมัลติมีเดีย อยู่ในระดับดีมาก ดังนั้นผลการวิจัยครั้งนี้สรุปได้ว่า สื่อ VCDเรื่อง ขั้นตอนการเพาะเลี้ยงเชื้อจุลินทรีย์ มีคุณภาพดีทั้งในด้านเนื้อหาและการดำเนินเรื่องและองค์ประกอบด้านมัลติมีเดีย สามารถช่วยพัฒนาความรู้ และทักษะ ตลอดจนสามารถเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการเรียนรู้ด้วยตนเองให้กับผู้เรียนได้มากขึ้น |
| metadata.dc.description.other-abstract: | The purpose of this study was to develop teaching media by instructional VCD on the laboratory process of microorganism culturing and to used as the instrument for research in class. The parameter that was studied is the thirty undergraduates who are registering to study Intro to Microbiology (FTH 221) in the second semester of the academic year 2008. The instrument used in this study were an achievement test by pre-test before self learning and post-test after self learning by instructional VCD , and the pattern of context and presentation were evaluated by the subjects. When used computer program for statistical analysis of the data by using the dependent sample test with the confidence level at 95% , the result of testing was found that the post-test score were significantly higher than the pre-test score (p-value < 0.05). And it was found that the pattern of context and story board and multimedia elements were evaluated as very good level by the 30 students. It is concluded that this instructional VCD on the Laboratory Process of Microorganism Culturing is good quality in context and story board and multimedia elements. It can developed knowledge and increase efficiency for self learning of the learner |
