| Abstract: | การศึกษาฤทธิ์ต้านอนุมูลอิสระโดยวิธี DPPH และฤทธิ์ยับยั้งเอนไซม์ไทโรซิเนสจากสารสกัด ชั้นเอทิลอะซิเตตและสารสกัดชั้นเอทานอลของเมล็ดทุเรียน, ขนุน, มะม่วง และ ส้ม และเปลือกของ ส้มโอ, ส้ม และ มะนาว ผลที่ได้พบว่า สารสกัดทุกชนิดแสดงฤทธิ์ต้านอนุมูลอิสระ สารสกัดของเมล็ด มะม่วงมีฤทธิ์ต้านอนุมูลอิสระสูงที่สุด พบว่าสารสกัดตัวอย่างบางชนิดแสดงฤทธิ์ยับยั้งเอนไซม์ tyrosinase สารสกัดชั้นเอทิลอะซิเตตของเปลือกส้มเขียวหวาน และ สารสกัดชั้นเอทิลอะซิเตตของ มะม่วงแรด แสดงฤทธิ์ยับยั้งเอนไซม์ไทโรซิเนสสูงที่สุด ที่ความเข้มข้น 5 mg/ml และ 10 mg/ml ตามลําดับ |
| metadata.dc.description.other-abstract: | The antioxidant activity by using DPPH assay and tyrosinase inhibitory activity of the ethyl acetate and ethanol extracts of selected fruit seeds (durians, jackfruits, mangoes and oranges) and fruit peels (pomeloes, oranges and limes) were investigated. All of the extracts exhibited antioxidant activity. The results showed that the mango (Mangifera indica Linn.) seeds extract showed strongest antioxidant activity. Some of these extracts exhibited tyrosinase inhibitory activity. The ethyl acetate of the tangerine peels and ethyl acetate of the mamuang-rad seeds showed the strongest tyrosinase inhibitory activity at concentration 5 mg/ml and 10 mg/ml, respectively. |
