Abstract:	การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพเป็นจริง สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ และความต้องการจำเป็นของภาวะผู้นำในยุคดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษานนทบุรี และ 2) เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำในยุคดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษานนทบุรี โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน ซึ่งแบ่งเป็น 2 ขั้นตอน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้บริหาร ครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษานนทบุรี จำนวน 262 คน จากประชากรทั้งสิ้น 763 คน โดยใช้สูตรของ TaroYamane (1973) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ขั้นตอนที่ 1 คือ แบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ การแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการหาค่าดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็น (PNIModified) ขั้นตอนที่ 2เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ แบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้าง โดยสัมภาษณ์จากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 5 คน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า สภาพเป็นจริงของภาวะผู้นำในยุคดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัด สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษานนทบุรี โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง สภาพที่พึงประสงค์โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และค่าดัชนีจัดเรียงลำดับความต้องการจำเป็น (PNIModified) โดยเรียงลำดับจากมากไปหาน้อย คือ ด้านความเข้าใจในทักษะความรู้ของคนในองค์กร ด้านความสามารถในการนำข้อมูลมาใช้ ด้านการเป็นพลเมืองในยุคดิจิทัล ด้านการสร้างวัฒนธรรมการเรียนรู้แบบโลกยุคดิจิทัล และด้านการมีวิสัยทัศน์ 2) แนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำในยุคดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษานนทบุรี ประกอบด้วย 5 ด้าน โดยจัดเรียงลำดับความ ต้องการจำเป็นที่มีค่าดัชนีสูงสุด 3 อันดับของแต่ละด้าน รวมทั้งหมด 15 แนวทาง
metadata.dc.description.other-abstract:	This research aims to 1) study the actual conditions, desirable conditions, and needs of digital era leadership among school administrators under the Nonthaburi Secondary Educational Service Area Office, and 2) to study the development guidelines for digital era leadership among school administrators under the Nonthaburi Secondary Educational Service Area Office. A mixed method research approach was used, divided into 2 phases. The sample group consisted of 262 administrators and teachers under the Nonthaburi Secondary Educational Service Area Office, from a total population of 763, selected using Taro Yamane's formula (Taro Yamane, 1973). The data collection tool for phase 1 was a 5-level rating scale questionnaire. The statistics used for data analysis included frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and the Priority Needs Index (PNIModified). In phase 2, the tool used was a semi-structured interview, interviewing 5 experts. The research results found that the actual condition of digital era leadership among school administrators under the Nonthaburi Secondary Educational Service Area Office was overall at a moderate level. The desirable condition overall was at a high level, and the Priority Needs Index (PNIModified) ranked the needs from highest to lowest as follows: understanding organizational knowledge and skills, ability to utilize information, being a digital citizen, creating a digital age learning culture, and having a vision. 2) The development guidelines for digital era leadership among school administrators under the Nonthaburi Secondary Educational Service Area Office consisted of 5 aspects, with the top 3 highest priority needs in each aspect totaling 15 guidelines
