dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ และ ความต้องการจำเป็นการพัฒนาการบริหารงานวิชาการในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่ การศึกษาประถมศึกษาประจวบคีรีขันธ์ เขต 1 และ 2) เพื่อเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาการบริหารงาน วิชาการในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาประจวบคีรีขันธ์ เขต 1 โดย ใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน ซึ่งแบ่งเป็น 2 ขั้นตอน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ครู และบุคลากรทางการศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาประจวบคีรีขันธ์ เขต 1 จำนวน 310 คน จากจำนวนประชากรทั้งสิ้น 1,687 โดยใช้ตารางคำนวณ Krejcie and Morgan (1970) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ขั้นตอนที่ 1 คือ แบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประเมินค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ การแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบน มาตรฐาน และการหาดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็นแบบปรับปรุง (PNI modified) ขั้นตอนที่ 2 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ แบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้าง โดยสัมภาษณ์จากผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 5 คน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สภาพที่เป็นจริงการบริหารงานวิชาการในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงาน เขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาประจวบคีรีขันธ์ เขต 1 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และค่าดัชนีการจัดลำดับความต้องการจำเป็น (PNI modified) โดย เรียงลำดับจากมากไปหาน้อย 3 ลำดับแรก คือ ด้านการวิจัยเพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาใน สถานศึกษา ด้านการพัฒนาและใช้สื่อเทคโนโลยีเพื่อการศึกษา และด้านการพัฒนาระบบประกัน คุณภาพภายในและมาตรฐานการศึกษามีค่าดัชนีการจัดลำดับความต้องการจำเป็นเป็นลำดับสุดท้าย 2) แนวทางการพัฒนาการบริหารงานวิชาการในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา ประถมศึกษาประจวบคีรีขันธ์ เขต 1 โดยรวมทั้ง 7 ด้าน โดยมีประเด็นในการพัฒนาที่ได้จากการ จัดลำดับความต้องการจำเป็นที่มีค่าดัชนีสูงสุด 3 ลำดับของแต่ละด้านมาเป็นประเด็นในการพัฒนา รวมประเด็นในการพัฒนาทั้งหมด 21 ประเด็น	en_US

dc.description.other-abstract	The objectives of this research are: 1) to study the current conditions, desirable conditions, and needs for the development of academic administration in schools under the jurisdiction of the Prachaup Kiri Khan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, and 2) to propose guidelines for the development of academic administration in these schools. The research employs a mixed-method approach divided into two phases. The sample group consists of 310 school administrators, teachers, and educational personnel under the jurisdiction of the Prachaup Kiri Khan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, selected from a total population of 1,687 using Krejcie and Morgan's (1970) table. In the first phase, data were collected using a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire. The statistical methods used for data analysis include frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and the Modified Priority Needs Index (PNI modified). In the second phase, data were collected using semi-structured interviews with 5 school administrators. The research findings indicate that: 1) the current conditions of academic administration in schools under the jurisdiction of the Prachaup Kiri Khan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 are at a high level overall, while the desirable conditions are at the highest level overall. The priority needs index (PNI modified) ranks the top three needs as follows: research for educational quality improvement, development and use of educational technology media, and development of internal quality assurance systems and educational standards. 2) The guidelines for the development of academic administration in schools under the jurisdiction of the Prachaup Kiri Khan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 cover all seven aspects. Each aspect incorporates the top three development needs based on the highest PNI values, resulting in a total of 21 development issue	en_US
