dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพที่เป็นจริง สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ และความต้องการจำเป็นต่อหลักสูตรฐานสมรรถนะของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาขนาดใหญ่พิเศษในจังหวัดปทุมธานี และ 2) เพื่อนำเสนอแนวทางการส่งเสริมหลักสูตรฐานสมรรถนะของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาขนาดใหญ่พิเศษในจังหวัดปทุมธานี กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ครูผู้สอนในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาขนาดใหญ่พิเศษในจังหวัดปทุมธานี จำนวนทั้งหมด 132 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ แบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ และแบบสัมภาษณ์แบบกึ่งโครงสร้าง สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าความถี่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าลำดับความสำคัญของความต้องการจำเป็น (PNI modified) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ความต้องการจำเป็นในการส่งเสริมหลักสูตรฐานสมรรถนะของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาขนาดใหญ่พิเศษในจังหวัดปทุมธานี เรียงลำดับจากมากไปน้อย คือ สมรรถนะการจัดการตนเอง (PNI modified = 0.198) สมรรถนะการรวมพลังทำงานเป็นทีม (PNI modified = 0.122) สมรรถนะการคิดขั้นสูง (PNI modified = 0.117) สมรรถนะการสื่อสาร (PNI modified = 0.072) สมรรถนะการเป็นพลเมืองที่เข้มแข็ง (PNI modified = 0.051) และสมรรถนะการอยู่ร่วมกับธรรมชาติและวิทยาการอย่างยั่งยืน (PNI modified = 0.038) และ 2) แนวทางการส่งเสริมหลักสูตรฐานสมรรถนะของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาขนาดใหญ่พิเศษในจังหวัดปทุมธานี มี 6 ด้าน 30 แนวทาง ประกอบด้วย 1) สมรรถนะการจัดการตนเอง 5 แนวทาง 2) สมรรถนะการคิดขั้นสูง 5 แนวทาง 3) สมรรถนะการสื่อสาร 5 แนวทาง 4) สมรรถนะการรวมพลังทำงานเป็นทีม 5 แนวทาง 5) สมรรถนะการเป็นพลเมืองที่เข้มแข็ง 5 แนวทาง และ 6) สมรรถนะการอยู่ร่วมกับธรรมชาติและวิทยาการอย่างยั่งยืน 5 แนวทาง	en_US

dc.description.other-abstract	The objectives of this research were to 1) investigate the actual conditions, desirable conditions, and needs of the Competency - Based Curriculum (CBC) in extra-large schools in Pathumthani Province, and 2) propose guidelines for promoting such curriculum. The samples in this study were 132 teachers in extra-large schools in Pathumthani Province. Instrument used included a five-scale questionnaire and semi-structured interviews. Statistics used included percentage, frequency, mean, standard deviation, and the Priority Needs Index (PNImodified) The study revealed that the priority needs for promoting the Competency-Based Curriculum (CBC) in extra-large schools in Pathum Thani Province, ranked from highest to lowest, were self-management competency (PNImodified = 0.198), teamwork collaboration competency (PNImodified = 0.122), higher order thinking competency (PNImodified = 0.117), communication compentency (PNImodified = 0.072), active citizen competency (PNImodified = 0.051), and sustainable coexistence with nature and science (PNImodified = 0.038). The guidelines for promoting the Competency-Based Curriculum (CBC) in extra-large schools in Pathum Thani Province consist of six aspects, further divided into 30 sub-guidelines. These included five sub guidelines for self-management competency, five for higher order thinking competency, five for communication competency, five for teamwork collaboration competency, five for active citizen competency, and five for sustainable coexistence with nature and science competency	en_US
