| dc.description.abstract | With the rapid development of modern enterprises, there is an urgent need for companies to have employees with a high degree of loyalty. These employees not only need to fully exert their subjective initiative in the corporate organization, but also need to demonstrate the continuous innovative spirit. Hence, this research delves into the influence of inclusive leadership on employee loyalty by utilizing social exchange theory, social identity theory, and social information processing theory. Additionally, it examines how psychological safety acts as a mediator in this relationship. A total of 521 surveys were distributed utilizing the inclusive leadership scale, psychological safety scale, and employee loyalty scale, with 400 valid surveys successfully collected through a questionnaire-based survey approach. The findings indicate that inclusive leadership greatly enhances employee dedication, boosts psychological well-being, and acts as a crucial link between employee loyalty and psychological safety. In addition, through data analysis, it is found that the employees of different ages have significant differences in inclusive leadership, psychological safety, and employee loyalty, whereas the employees with different education levels have significant differences in employee loyalty | en_US |
