With the globalization of China's economy, Chinese companies are increasingly expanding into overseas markets. However, expatriates often face significant cross-cultural adaptation challenges when working in different cultural environments, which can impact enterprise development. This paper examines the current status and influencing factors of cross-cultural adaptation among expatriates from Chinese companies in Thailand. Through questionnaire surveys and data analysis, the study identifies the effects of language proficiency, cultural attitudes, organizational support, and family support on expatriates' adaptation. The findings provide a theoretical reference for cross-cultural management strategies in Chinese companies and offer recommendations for enhancing expatriates' adaptabilityen_US
