Abstract:	การวิจัยเรื่อง กระบวนการสื่อสารเพื่อการเรียนรู้ภายในโรงเรียนของเด็กที่มีความบกพร่อง ทางการเรียนรู้ (LD) เป็นการการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ (Qualitative Research) มีวัตถุประสงค์การศึกษา คือ 1) เพื่อทราบกระบวนการสื่อสารของเด็กที่มีความบกพร่องทางการเรียนรู้ และ 2) ศึกษาการ จัดการเรียนการสอนของเด็กที่มีความบกพร่องทางการเรียนรู้ โดยการสัมภาษณ์แบบเจาะลึก (Indepth Interview) และการสังเกตการณ์แบบมีส่วนร่วม (Participant Observation) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า กระบวนการสื่อสารของเด็กที่มีความบกพร่องทางการเรียนรู้ ประกอบไปด้วย 1) ผู้ส่งสารคือ ผู้อำนวยการและครูผู้สอนหรือครูผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้อง ต้องมีความรู้ความเข้าใจในตัวเด็ก มีเมตตา และ เข้าใจวิธีการจัดการเรียนรู้ ทัง้ หลักการสอนทั่วไป และหลักการสอนเฉพาะเพื่อให้เด็กได้รับการศึกษา ทัดเทียมกับเด็กปกติ 2) สารหรือหลักสูตรและนโยบายที่ใช้สอนรวมถึงแผนการจัดการศึกษาเฉพาะ บุคคล (Individualized Education Program : IEP) จะต้องเหมาะสมกับระดับสติปัญญาของเด็ก เน้นความต้องการและความสนใจเฉพาะด้าน มีการวางแผนการสอนให้สอดคล้องกับความต้องการ ของเด็กแต่ละคน 3) ช่องทางการส่งสารในที่นีคื้อสื่อการสอนประเภทต่างๆ อาศัยนวัตกรรม เทคนิค และมีการนำเทคโนโลยีเข้ามาประกอบการสอน 4) ผู้รับสาร มีความรู้ความเข้าใจ และสามารถ ถอดรหัสจากผู้ส่งสารคือครูผู้สอนหรือผู้อำนวยการได้ ในที่นีผ้ ู้ส่งสารจะใช้วิธีการวัดผลในรูปแบบ ต่างๆ ตามเกณฑ์ที่ระบุไว้ในแผนการจัดการศึกษาเฉพาะบุคคล เพื่อประเมินประสิทธิภาพ และการ จัดการเรียนการสอนของเด็กที่มีความบกพร่องทางการเรียนรู้ ซึ่งมีขัน้ ตอนการจัดการเรียนการสอน เริ่มจาก 1) วิเคราะห์ตัวเด็ก โดยเริ่มสังเกตพฤติกรรมของเด็กก่อน 2) จัดทำหลักสูตร ร่วมกับการ ประชุมของ ผู้อำนวยการ ครู และผู้ปกครอง 3) ทำแผนการจัดการศึกษาเฉพาะบุคคล (IEP) และ แผนการสอนเฉพาะบุคคล (IIP) 4) ประชุมและตรวจสอบแผน และ 5) ประเมินผลการสอนตามแผนที่ วางเอาไว้
metadata.dc.description.other-abstract:	This qualitative research aimed to explore the in-school communication process of students with learning disabilities (LD) and to study the educational management for students with learning disabilities (LD). This study employed in-depth interviews and participant observation. The result revealed that the in-school communication process of students with learning disabilities included 1) the sender who might be either the school director or teachers who were kind, understood the nature of such students and knew how to deal with them based on general and specific pedagogic principles to ensure they would be educated as equally as normal students; 2) the message including curriculums, teaching policies, and individualized education program planning that could meet the students’ learning ability, needs, and interests; 3) the channel including instruction media integrated with innovation and technology; 4) the receiver including the school director or teachers capable of decoding the message sent by the sender. In this study, the sender applied different assessment methods as specified in the individualized education program (IEP) to evaluate the effectiveness of the educational management for students with learning disabilities. The research recommended the process of educational management include behavioral observation, followed by the organization of a meeting participated by the school director, teachers, and parents to summarize students’ knowledge and capability, the planning of an individualized education program (IEP) and an individual implementation plan (IIP), the verification of the plans, and the evaluation of teaching according to those plans
