| Abstract: | การศึกษาวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับการจัดการขยะมูลฝอยตามหลัก 3Rs 2) เพื่อศึกษาระดับการบริหารจัดการตามหลัก 7 M’s 3) เพื่อศึกษาการจัดการขยะมูลฝอยตามหลัก 3Rs จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล และ 4) เพื่อศึกษาการจัดการขยะมูลฝอยตามหลัก 3Rs ของเทศบาลนครเกาะสมุย อำเภอเกาะสมุย จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี จำแนกตามการบริหารจัดการตามหลัก 7 M’s กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ข้าราชการ พนักงาน และบุคลากรที่สังกัดเทศบาลนครเกาะสมุย อำเภอเกาะสมุย จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี จำนวน 300 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการวิจัย และใช้สถิติ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน t-test One-way ANOVA และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณ ผลการวิจัย พบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความคิดเห็นต่อระดับการบริหารจัดการตามหลัก 7 M’s ของเทศบาลนครเกาะสมุย อำเภอเกาะสมุย จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี ในการจัดการขยะมูลฝอยตามหลัก 3Rs และระดับการจัดการขยะมูลฝอยตามหลัก 3Rs ของเทศบาลนครเกาะสมุย อำเภอเกาะสมุย จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี โดยภาพรวมมีการปฏิบัติบ่อยครั้ง การเปรียบเทียบการจัดการขยะมูลฝอยตามหลัก 3Rs จำแนกตามสถานภาพส่วนบุคคล พบว่า สถานภาพส่วนบุคคล ด้านอายุ ระดับการศึกษาสูงสุด สถานภาพการทำงาน อายุการทำงาน และรายได้ต่อเดือน ต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อการจัดการขยะมูลฝอยตามหลัก 3Rs ของเทศบาลนครเกาะสมุย อำเภอเกาะสมุย จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี แตกต่างกัน และการบริหารจัดการตามหลัก 7 M’s ด้านการบริหารเวลา ด้านเงิน และด้านวัสดุ อุปกรณ์ มีความสัมพันธ์กับการจัดการขยะมูลฝอยตามหลัก 3Rs ของเทศบาลนครเกาะสมุย อำเภอเกาะสมุย จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานีที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.05 |
| metadata.dc.description.other-abstract: | The objectives of this research were 1) to investigate the level of the solid waste management according to 3Rs of Koh Samui Municipality Koh Samui District Suratthani, 2) to discover its management level according to the 7 M's principle, 3) to study its solid waste management according to the 3Rs principle as classified by personal factors, and 4) to study its solid waste management according to the 3Rs principle as classified by 7 M’s. The samples were 300 officials and employees at Koh Samui Municipality. The instrument was a set of questionnaires. The data analysis was conducted using frequency, percentage, standard deviation, t-test, One-way ANOVA, and multiple regression. The results showed that Koh Samui Municaipality frequently managed solid waste the according to the 7 M’s principle and the 3Rs principle. According to the comparison of solid waste management according to 3Rs principles as classified by personal factors, it was found that the samples’ opinions towards age, education, work position, duration of work, and monthly income were different. Their opinions towards three elements (time management, money, and materials equipment) in the 7M’s principle were found to have relation to waste management according to the 3Rs principle at the significant level of 0.05 |
