dc.description.abstract中国的国有企业不但拥有着优质的政府资源,还享受着优良的政策背景,近 些年来,中国政府一直全力补助国有企业进行创新,但是中国国有企业的创新依 旧停滞不前,究竟中国的国有企业目前创新现状如何?又是到底是什么因素导致 了国有企业的创新停滞不前?针对国有企业的情况,关于中国国有企业的创新停 滞不前又有何解决的办法?本文通过文献法、访谈法和系统思考法对中国宝鸡市 某国有企业进行了研究。研究发现目前该国有企业的创新力较弱,影响其最主要 原因是该组织结构特性、组织成员组成、团队氛围、主管领导特性、管理方式、 组织奖励制度、组织学习、员工创新能力、组织制度与机制、组织创新十个因素。 本文为此以系统思考的角度提出了解决的建议,希望为解决中国国有企业创新停 滯不前的问题带来一些相应的参考en_US

dc.description.other-abstractNot only do Chinese state-owned enterprises have high-quality government resources but also enjoy preferred policies. In recent years, the Chinese government has been subsidizing state-owned enterprises on innovation. However, the progress has remained stagnant. This study then aimed to investigate case of the stagnation of innovation in Chinese state-owned enterprises and current status of their innovation efforts and provide appropriate suggestions for resolution. This study was conducted to study a state-owned enterprise in Baoji city as a case study. The research methodology included document analysis, interviews,and system thinking. The results 10 major reasons leading to the enterprise's weakness in innovation: organizational characteristics, admins istrative strcture, incentive system, learning system, the organization's regulations, organization innovation, leaders' characteristics, management style, team atmosphere, and staff's innovation ability. Finally, this research proposed possible approaches and guidelines for the resolution of innovation stagnation in Chinese state-owned enterprise.en_US
