dc.description.abstract在昆明市汽车维修行业面临技术型员工严重不足的背景下,本文以专用性 人力资本水平的提升是否会对汽车维修行业技术型员工的工作满意度产生影 响?为主要问题点。并采用问卷调查法及访谈法对其进行了研究,以昆明市汽 车维修行业进行抽样调查获得的数据,分别用企业任期、培训投入、培训次 数、技术职称、职务层级、关系及转移性做为专用性人力资本的替代变量,讨 论专用性人力资本水平与技术型员工工作满意度之间的相关性。结果表明,专 用性人力资本水平对技术型员工工作满意度产生正向影响;培训投入、关系及 可转移性分别对技术型员工工作满意度产生正向影响。这一结果为汽车维修行 业管理技术型员工提供了理论参考并填补了专用性人力资本研究的空缺。en_US

dc.description.other-abstractDue to a serious shortage of technical employees of the automobile maintenance industry in Kunming, China, this study was conducted to investigate the impact of the improvement of the level of specialized human capital on the job satisfaction of technical employees in the automobile maintenance industry The research tools were a set of questionnaires and interviews To discover the correlation between the level of specialized human capital and the job satisfaction of technical employees, this study explored substitution variables including company tenure, training investment, training times, technical titles, job hierarchy, relationship, and transfer The results showed that the level of specialized human capital had a positive impact on the job satisfaction of technical employees Training input, relationship and metastatic had positive effects on job satisfaction of technical employees The result of this study provided a theoretical reference for the management and technical employees in the automobile maintenance industry which would fill in the research status of specialized human capitalen_US
