| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ และ ความต้องการจำเป็นของการมีภาวะผู้นำในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน ในสังกัดเทศบาลนครรังสิต ปทุมธานี 2) เพื่อเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำในยุคศตวรรษที่ 21 ของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนในสังกัดเทศบาลนครรังสิต จังหวัดปทุมธานี ประชากรและกลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ ครูสังกัดเทศบาลนครรังสิต จำนวน 150 คน โดยกำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างจากการใช้ตารางสำเร็จรูปของเครจซี่และมอร์แกน (Krejcie & Morgan, 1970) ได้ขนาดตัวอย่าง 108 คน เครื่องมือ ที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ คือ แบบสอบถามสภาพปัจจุบันของการมีภาวะผู้นำในศตวรรษที่ 21 มีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องระหว่าง 0.600 - 1.000 และมีค่า ความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถาม เท่ากับ 0.973 ส่วนแบบสอบถามสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการมีภาวะผู้นำในศตวรรษที่ 21 ค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องระหว่าง 0.600 - 1.000 และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่น ของแบบสอบถาม เท่ากับ 0.982 และแบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งมีโครงสร้าง สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลประกอบด้วย ร้อยละ (Percentile) ค่าเฉลี่ย (Means) ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard Deviation) และใช้เทคนิค Modified Priority Needs Index (PNImodified) ในการจัดลำดับความสำคัญของความต้องการจำเป็น ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ ของคุณลักษณะภาวะผู้นำ ในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน ในสังกัดเทศบาลนครรังสิต ปทุมธานี ภาพรวม สภาพปัจจุบัน มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด เมื่อวิเคราะห์ความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำในยุคศตวรรษที่ 21 ของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนในสังกัดเทศบาลนครรังสิต ปทุมธานี ภาพรวม พบว่า ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมีความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำในยุคศตวรรษที่ 21 ดังต่อไปนี้ ลำดับที่ 1 ด้านความคิดสร้างสรรค์/นวัตกรรม ลำดับที่ 2 ด้านทักษะการใช้เทคโนโลยี/ดิจิทัลและการสื่อสาร ลำดับที่ 3 ด้านความร่วมมือ ลำดับที่ 4 ด้านการ มีวิสัยทัศน์ ลำดับที่ 5 ด้านความมั่นใจและกล้าหาญ ลำดับที่ 6 ด้านทักษะสังคม และลำดับที่ 7 ด้านการเสริมพลังอำนาจ/จูงใจ และมี 2) แนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำในยุคศตวรรษที่ 21 ของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนในสังกัดเทศบาลนครรังสิต มี 7 ด้าน 18 คุณลักษณะ 39 แนวทาง | en_US |

| dc.description.other-abstract | The objectives of the study were as follows: 1) to study the current condition, desirable condition, and the needs for 21st century leadership of school administrators; 2) to propose guidelines for the development of leadership in the 21st century of school administrators under Rangsit City Municipality, Pathumthani. The population and samples in the study were 150 teachers under Rangsit City Municipality. The sample size was determined using the ready-made Tables of Krejcie & Morgan (1970) with 108 subjects. The research instrument was a five-level estimation scale questionnaire: the current state questionnaire for 21st century leadership, consistency index of 0. 600 - 1. 000 and a questionnaire confidence value of 0.973. For 21st century leadership, a consistency index of 0.600 - 1.000 and a questionnaire confidence value of 0.982 and a semistructured interview. The statistics used for data analysis consisted of percentile, mean, standard deviation, and Modified Priority Needs Index (PNImodified) technique to prioritize the importance of needs. The results showed regarding the current condition and desirable condition of the 21st century leadership feature of school administrators under Rangsit City Municipality, Pathumthani, the mean of the overall current condition is at a high level. The mean of the desirable condition is at the highest level. When analyzing the needs for the development of 21st century leadership of school administrators under Rangsit City Municipality, Pathumthani, it was overall found that the school administrators have the following needs to develop leadership in the 21st century including creativity/ innovation; technology/ digital skills and communication; cooperation; vision; confidence and courage; social skills; and empowerment/ motivation respectively.
