| Abstract: | การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์และความ ต้องการจำเป็นของชุมชนการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพ (PLC) ของโรงเรียนในเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 3 2) เพื่อเสนอแนะแนวทางชุมชนการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพ (PLC) ของโรงเรียน ในสังกัดสำนักงาน เขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 3 ประชากรสำหรับการวิจัยในครั้งนี้คือ ผู้บริหารและข้าราชการครู ในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 3 จำนวน 3,479 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารและข้าราชการครูในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 3 โดยกำหนด ขนาดกลุ่ม ตัวอย่างจากการใช้ตารางสำเร็จรูปของเครจซี่และมอร์แกน (Krejcie&Morgan, 1970) ได้ ขนาดตัวอย่าง 341 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ และแนวทางการพัฒนาการดำเนินงานด้านชุมชนการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพ (PLC) สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ ข้อมูลประกอบด้วย ค่าเฉลี่ย(Means) ร้อยละ (Percentile) และใช้เทคนิค Modified Priority Needs Index (PNImodified) ในการจัดลำดับความต้องการจำเป็น ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ชุมชนการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพ (PLC) ของผู้บริหารและข้าราชการครูในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 3 ภาพรวม สภาพปัจจุบันมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนสภาพที่พึงประสงค์มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก ที่สุด เมื่อวิเคราะห์ความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาชุมชนการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพ (PLC) ของผู้บริหาร และข้าราชการครูในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 3 ภาพรวม พบว่า โรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 3 มีความต้องการจำเป็ นในการพัฒนา ลำดับที่ 1 ภาวะผู้นำร่วม ลำดับที่ 2 โครงสร้างสนับสนุนชุมชน ลำดับที่ 3 การเรียนรู้และพัฒนาวิชาชีพ ลำดับที่ 4 ความเป็นกัลยาณมิตร ลำดับที่ 5 ทีมร่วมแรงร่วมใจ และลำดับที่ 6 วิสัยทัศน์ร่วม 2) แนว ทางการพัฒนาการดำเนินงานด้านชุมชนการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพ (PLC) ของโรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงาน เขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 3 มีทั้งหมด 6 องค์ประกอบ 18 ด้าน 36 แนวทาง |
| metadata.dc.description.other-abstract: | The aims of this study were to investigate the current conditions, desirable conditions, and necessary needs of the professional learning community (PLC) in the schools under the Nonthaburi-Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Secondary School Educational Service Area Office 3, and to propose a guideline to promote the professional learning community (PLC) in the schools. The population of the study is 3,479 executives and teachers working in the schools under the Nonthaburi-Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Secondary School Educational Service Area Office 3. The sample size was determined using Krejcie – Morgan formula, and the total number of the samples is 3 4 1 . The research instrument used to collect data from the samples was a questionnaire. The statistics used in the data analysis included means and percentile. In addition, the Modified Priority Needs Index (PNImodified) was employed to prioritize the necessary needs. The results of the study revealed that the current conditions were at a high level and the desirable conditions were at the highest level. Furthermore, the necessary needs in the professional learning community included 1) the shared leadership, 2) the supportive structure, 3) learning and professional development, 4) friendship, 5) teamwork, and 6) shared visions, respectively. In addition, a guideline for the development of the professional learning community operation in the schools under the Nonthaburi-Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Secondary School Educational Service Area Office 3 consisted of 6 components, 18 aspects, and 36 sub-guidelines |
