dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาประสิทธิผลของนโยบายการยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้สูงอายุในพื้นที่จังหวัดนครปฐม ปทุมธานีและนนทบุรี 2) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่สัมพันธ์กับนโยบายการยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้สูงอายุในพื้นที่จังหวัดนครปฐม ปทุมธานีและนนทบุรี และ 3) เพื่อเสนอแนวทางในการนำไปพัฒนาของนโยบายการยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้สูงอายุในพื้นที่จังหวัดนครปฐม ปทุมธานีและนนทบุรี การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือการวิจัย โดยเก็บข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้สูงอายุที่อาศัยอยู่ในสถานสงเคราะห์ จานวน 385 ตัวอย่าง สถิติที่ใช้ในการศึกษา ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิต ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์แบบถดถอยพหุคูณ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) ประสิทธิผลของนโยบายการยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้สูงอายุในพื้นที่จังหวัดนครปฐม ปทุมธานีและนนทบุรี โดยรวมจัดอยู่ในเกณฑ์มาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านเรียงตามลำดับค่าเฉลี่ย พบว่า ลำดับแรก ปัจจัยด้านเศรษฐกิจ โดยรวมจัดอยู่ในเกณฑ์มาก 2) ปัจจัยด้านนโยบาย ปัจจัยด้านทรัพยากร ปัจจัยด้านสังคมและปัจจัยด้านบุคคล สามารถร่วมกันทำนาย การยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้สูงอายุในพื้นที่จังหวัดนครปฐม ปทุมธานีและนนทบุรี ได้ร้อยละ 79.2 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ.05 ข้อเสนอแนะจากการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ 1) ข้อเสนอแนะเชิงนโยบาย หน่วยงานภาครัฐควรมีนโยบายเพื่อส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วมในชุมชน เช่น จัดโครงการหรือกิจกรรมนอกสถานที่ เพื่อให้ผู้สูงอายุในสถานดูแลผู้สูงอายุมีการพูดคุยแลกเปลี่ยนในชีวิตประจำวัน 2) ข้อเสนอแนะ เชิงปฏิบัติการ หน่วยงานภาครัฐควรจัดสรรงบประมาณและสถานที่ที่มีความพร้อมและเอื้อต่อการดำรงชีวิต ความเป็นอยู่ของผู้สูงอายุ กิจกรรมนันทนาการหรือกิจกรรมยามว่าง งานอดิเรกที่สามารถเพิ่มช่องทางรายได้ในการดำรงชีพของผู้สูงอายุได้	en_US

This study is quantitative research. Use a questionnaire as a research tool. Data were collected from 385 elderly people living in the shelter. The statistics used in the study were percentage, mean, arithmetic mean. standard deviation And multiple regression analysis. The results of the study were as follows: 1) The effectiveness of the policy of improving the quality of life of the elderly in Nakhon Pathom Province, Pathum Thani Province and Nonthaburi Province Overall, the criteria is very high. In terms of rankings, the mean was found first. Overall, the criteria is very high. 2) Policy Factors Resource factor Social factors and personal factors. Can jointly predict the quality of life of the elderly in Nakhon Pathom Province, Pathum Thani Province and Nonthaburi Province at 79.2 percent. The recommendations from this research are 1) Policy Recommendations. Government agencies should have a policy to promote community participation, such as project or offsite activities. In order to provide the elderly in the care of the elderly are discussed daily. 2) Workshop recommendations. Government agencies should allocate budgets and locations that are readily available and conducive to living.
