dc.description.abstract	การศึกษาในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา บทบาทขององค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นใน การส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วมของภาคเอกชนในการพัฒนาท้องถิ่น ตำบลท่าตูม อำเภอศรีมหาโพธิ จังหวัดปราจีนบุรี มีการกำหนดวัตถุประสงค์ดังนี้ โดยใช้แบบสอบถามปลายปิดที่ผ่านการทดสอบ ความเชื่อมั่นและความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากคือ ผู้ประกอบการภาคเอกชนใน พื้นที่ ตำบลท่าตูม อำเภอศรีมหาโพธิจังหวัดปราจีนบุรี จำนวน 111 ราย สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ ข้อมูล คือ สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติเชิงอนุมานที่ ใช้ทดสอบสมมติฐาน ได้แก่ สถิติทดสอบหาความแตกต่างค่าที (t-test) การทดสอบความแปรปรวน ทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณ (Multiple Regression Analysis) ผลการศึกษา พบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง มีอายุ 40 – 50 ปี มีการศึกษาปริญญาตรี และส่วนใหญ่ดาเนินธุรกิจในลักษณะธุรกิจการผลิต ระดับความคิดเห็นต่อ บทบาทขององค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นในการส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วมของภาคเอกชนในการพัฒนา ท้องถิ่น โดยรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับสำคัญมาก ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐานพบว่า ลักษณะส่วน บุคคลของภาคธุรกิจด้านอายุ ที่แตกต่างกัน ส่งผลต่อการส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วมของภาคเอกชนใน การพัฒนาท้องถิ่น ตำบลท่าตูม อำเภอศรีมหาโพธิจังหวัดปราจีนบุรี แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทาง สถิติที่ 0.05 นอกจากนี้ยังพบว่า บทบาทขององค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นในฐานะผู้ให้ความรู้ ในฐานะผู้นา ที่ทำให้เกิดพลัง และในฐานะเป็นผู้ประสานงาน ส่งผลต่อการส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วม ของภาคเอกชนในการพัฒนาท้องถิ่น ตำบลท่าตูม อำเภอศรีมหาโพธิจังหวัดปราจีนบุรี อย่างมี นัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.05	en_US

dc.description.other-abstract	The purpose of this study was to identify role of local administrative organization in promoting private sector's participation in local development of Tha Tum, Si Maha Phot district, Prachinburi province. Closed-ended survey questionnaires were reviewed the validity of content tested for reliability, and implemented to collect data from 111 private sector's in Tha Tum, Si Maha Phot district, Prachinburi province. In addition, data were statistically analyzed using percentage, mean and standard deviation. Inferential statistics methods on t-test, one-way ANOVA (F-test) and multiple regression analysis were used to test hypotheses in the study. It was found from the study that most of respondents were females with 40-50 years of age, graduated with a bachelor’s degree, and most of them operate in the business of manufacturing. Overall mean of role of local administrative organization in promoting private sector's participation in local development was at a high level. The results of hypothesis testing showed that the relationship among personal characteristics including age affected the promoting private sector's participation in local development of Tha Tum, Si Maha Phot district, Prachinburi province differently at the significant level of 0.05. In addition, role of local administrative organization in terms of an educator, a leader that created power and a coordinator affected the promoting private sector's participation in local development of Tha Tum, Si Maha Phot district, Prachinburi province at the significant level of 0.05.	en_US
