| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาศึกษาถึงระดับระดับการป้องกันอาชญากรรมด้วย ตนเองของประชาชนที่พักอาศัยอยู่ในเขตที่ 5 และ 8 ของสถานีตำรวจภูธรเมืองสมุทรปราการ โดย ทำการศึกษาเปรียบเทียบการป้องกันอาชญากรรมด้วยตนเองของประชาชนที่พักอาศัยอยู่ในเขตที่ 5 และ 8 ของสถานีตำรวจภูธรเมืองสมุทรปราการจำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล และเสนอแนวทางการ ป้องกันอาชญากรรมด้วยตนเองของประชาชนให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น การวิจัยครั้งนี้ ผู้วิจัยได้ใช้ ศึกษาวิธีการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณและเชิงคุณภาพหรือแบบผสมผสาน โดยการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ศึกษาจาก กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ประชาชนที่พักอาศัยอยู่ในเขตที่ 5 และ 8 ของสถานีตำรวจภูธรเมืองสมุทรปราการ จำนวน 400 คน โดยใช้สูตรของ Yamane กำหนดระดับค่าความคลาดเคลื่อนที่ .05 ซึ่งเครื่องมือที่ใช้ ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม ส่วนวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ใช้วิธีการเก็บข้อมูลโดยการสัมภาษณ์เจ้าหน้าที่ ตำรวจที่ปฏิบัติหน้าที่อยู่ในเขต 5 และ 8 ของสถานีตำรวจภูธรเมืองสมุทรปราการ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ระดับการป้ องกันอาชญากรรมด้วยตนเองของประชาชนที่พักอาศัยอยู่ ในเขตที่ 5 และ 8 ของสถานีตำรวจภูธรเมืองสมุทรปราการ ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) การ ป้ องกันอาชญากรรมด้วยตนเองของประชาชนที่พักอาศัยอยู่ในเขตที่ 5 และ 8 ของสถานีตำรวจภูธร เมืองสมุทรปราการโดยจำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลไม่แตกต่างกัน แต่รูปแบบของการป้องกัน อาชญากรรมด้วยตนเองของประชาชนในเขต 5 และ 8 ต่างกัน เนื่องจากลักษณะการเกิดอาชญากรรม และสภาพแวดล้อมในเขต 5 และ 8 ที่ไม่เหมือนกัน ซึ่งแสดงให้เห็นว่ารูปแบบของการป้องกัน อาชญากรรมด้วยตนเองนั้นจะขึ้นอยู่กับลักษณะการเกิดอาชญากรรม โดยประชาชนที่พักอาศัยอยู่ในเขต 5 มีการป้องกันอาชญากรรมด้วยตนเอง ด้วยการก่อน ออกจากบ้านหรือที่พักอาศัยท่านได้ปิดประตู ปิดหน้าต่างทุกครั้งอยู่ในระดับสูงสุด ส่วนประชาชนที่ พักอาศัยอยู่ในเขต 8 มีระดับการป้ องกันอาชญากรรมด้วยตนเอง โดยการจะล็อครถทุกครั้งที่ลงจาก รถอยู่ในระดับสูงสุด 3) แนวทางการป้ องกันอาชญากรรมด้วยตนเอง พบว่า ประชาชนพักอาศัยอยู่ ในเขตที่ 5 และ 8 ของสถานีตำรวจภูธรเมืองสมุทรปราการโดยส่วนใหญ่ จะป้องกันตนเองด้วยการ ปรับสภาพแวดล้อมในชุมชนไม่ให้เอื้อต่อการเกิดอาชญากรรม |
| metadata.dc.description.other-abstract: | The purpose of this research is studying the level of self-crime prevention of people living in the 5th and 8th districts of Mueang Samut Prakan Police Station that classified by personal factors. Quantitative and qualitative research methods was used. Approximately, 400 samples were surveyed and about two key informants were interviewed. This research found that, 1. The overall level of self-crime prevention of people living in the 5th and 8th districts of Mueang Samut Prakan Police Station is high. 2. The survey result of self-crime prevention of people living in the 5th and 8th districts of Mueang Samut Prakan Police Station showed that personal factors were not significantly different. But, only the forms of people living in the 5th and 8th districts are different because of the different crime patterns and environments in the 5th and 8th district. It shows that the forms of self-crime prevention in each area are depending on the nature of the crime. The self-crime prevention of people who live in the 5th districts showed that the highest level of self-crime prevention is locking doors and windows every time before they go out. At the same time, the highest level of self-crime prevention of people who live in the 8th district is locking the car every time. 3. This research found that most people who live in the 5th and 8th districts of Mueang Samut Prakan Police Station will protect themselves by adjusting the community environment that is not conducive to crime. |
