dc.description.abstract	มะเร็งท่อนํ้าดีเป็นหนึ่งโรคที่มีความสำคัญ ซึ่งเป็นปัญหาทางสาธารณสุขที่สำคัญของประเทศไทย ซึ่งหนึ่งในยุทธศาสตร์ที่สำคัญในการแก้ปัญหาคือการคัดกรองกลุ่มเสี่ยง เพื่อทำการวินิจฉัยตั้งแต่แรกเริ่ม อีกทั้งใช้ข้อมูลในการวางแผนหาแนวทางป้องกัน ซึ่งในปัจจุบันในการคัดกรองกลุ่มเสี่ยงมีความล่าช้า และไม่มีประสิทธิภาพ เนื่องจากเป็นระบบแบบสอบถาม และข้อมูลที่ได้ยังไม่มีการจัดเก็บอย่างเป็นระบบทำให้การนำข้อมูลดังกล่าวมาวิเคราะห์เพื่อวางแผนเชิงนโยบาย ดังนั้นผู้วิจัยจึงมีแนวคิดในการพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการคัดกรองมะเร็งท่อนํ้าดี โดยใช้ระบบผู้เชี่ยวชาญเพื่อความรวดเร็วในการคัดกรอง อีกทั้งระบบนี้ยังประกอบไปด้วย ระบบฐานข้อมูลที่สามารถจัดเก็บภาพอัลตราซาวด์ ทำให้แพทย์สามารถนำข้อมูลดังกล่าวมาจัดทำเป็นรูปแบบรายงานเพื่อให้แพทย์ สามารถเข้าถึงข้อมูลได้อย่างสะดวก และยังมีระบบรายงานผลสถิติ โดยระบบนี้ถูกออกแบบโดยใช้ภาษาพีเอชพี เป็นระบบฐานข้อมูลและใช้ระบบผู้เชี่ยวชาญแบบรากฐานกฎ จากผลการดำเนินงานพบว่าระบบมีประสิทธิภาพเป็นที่น่าพอใจ โดยสามารถคัดกรองผู้ที่มีความเสี่ยงในกลุ่มมะเร็งท่อนํ้าดีได้ โดยประเมินจากความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้งานระบบ	en_US

dc.description.other-abstract	Cholangiocarcinoma is one of cancer that important and has been a major problem in Thailand Public health. One of the main strategy to solve the problem is the Cholangiocarcinoma screening which can perform the diagnosis at early stage . Moreover can perform the planng of the disease prevention. Recently the screening step is very slow and isn’t effective because it based on the questionnaire papers. With this system the data have not been collected and mananged that cause the limitation of data analysis for stategic planing Then the researcher have an idea to develop the IT system for Chorlandiocarcinoma screening by using the expert system. By the automatic decission making system it make the screening step become faster . Furthermore, The system that we develop consists of the Ultrasound image database that can be used and can also report in the statistic information which make the clinicain can easily access in the report form PHP language and rule-base expert system were used for the system development. After testing bythe users we found that this system was effective and was satisfied for the Chorlangiocarcinoma screening.	en_US
