dc.description.abstract	การจัดการที่ซับซ้อนและต้องใช้ความระมัดระวังสาหรับแหล่งมรดกที่ยังมีชีวิต ทำให้ การดำเนินการล่าช้ากว่ากำหนด จากเดิมมีกำหนดแล้วเสร็จในปี 2558 แต่ปัจจุบันก็ยังอยู่ระหว่าง การดำเนินการ โดยชาวนครศรีธรรมราชคาดหวังให้วัดพระมหาธาตุวรมหาวิหารได้ขึ้นทะเบียนเป็น มรดกโลก การขับเคลื่อนของประชาชนในการผลักดันวัดพระมหาธาตุวรมหาวิหาร จังหวัด นครศรีธรรมราช สู่การเป็นแหล่งมรดกโลก ครั้งนี้ เป็นการวิจัยที่สอดคล้องกับสถานการณ์ปัจจุบัน ซึ่งมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการดำเนินการจากภาครัฐ ภาคเอกชน และภาคประชาชน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า การดำเนินการเพื่อขับเคลื่อนวัดพระมหาธาตุวรมหาวิหารสู่มรดกโลก ทางวัฒนธรรม เป็นการทำงานร่วมกันของชาวนครศรีธรรมราชในลักษณะสานพลังประชารัฐ โดยภาครัฐมีหน้าที่หลักในการดำเนินการให้เป็นไปตามหลักเกณฑ์ขององค์การยูเนสโก ส่วนผู้ประกอบการ ผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย ชุมชน และประชาชนซึ่งมีวิถีชีวิตที่ผูกพันกับแหล่งมรดก ตระหนักในคุณค่า เกิดความรู้สึกเป็นเจ้าของ หวงแหน จึงนำตนเองเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมอนุรักษ์และ พัฒนาในลักษณะต่าง ๆ ตามความสนใจ การดำเนินการมีปัญหาต่าง ๆ แต่เมื่อวิเคราะห์สภาพปัญหา กลับพบว่า ปัญหาส่วนใหญ่เกิดจากความรู้สึกเป็นเจ้าของ ส่วนปัจจัยสู่ความสำเร็จอยู่ที่คณะทำงาน โดยมีหน่วยงานทั้งภาครัฐ ภาคเอกชน และภาคประชาชนให้การสนับสนุนและเข้ามามีส่วนร่วม ในการขับเคลื่อนด้วยแนวทางการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมและประชาธิปไตยแบบปรึกษาหารือ	en_US

dc.description.other-abstract	The complex management and careful use of living heritage sites causing the operation to be delayed from the original, scheduled to be completed in 2015, but currently still being in operation by Nakhon Si Thammarat’ people expecting Wat Phra Mahathat Woramahawihan to be registered as a World Heritage. The study of this topic “ Mobilization for the Inscription of Wat Phra Mahathat Worramahawihan, Nakhon Si Thammarat, as a World Heritage” is occupied with the present which has the object for studying operations from the public sector, private sector and civil society. The result showed that the mobilization for the inscription of Wat Phra Mahathat Worramahawihan, Nakhon Si Thammarat, as a world heritage was a collaboration of local people under the concept of “Public-Private Partnership”. The public sector’s primary duty was to ensure that its operation would meet the inscription criteria of UNESCO. Entrepreneurs, communities, and local people whose way of living connected to the cultural heritage realized the value of the cultural heritage, engaging in their community and taking part in the preservation and development of this cultural site. To be inscribed on the World Heritage List, many problems were found. The research found that major problems were caused by the community engagement. On the other hand, the key success factor was “teamwork” cooperated by the public sector, the private sector and civil society in the operation on the basis of participation management and deliberative democracy.	en_US
