| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับการตัดสินใจของนักศึกษาในการศึกษาต่อระดับปริญญาตรี วิทยาลัยดนตรี มหาวิทยาลัยรังสิต 2) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจเลือกศึกษาต่อระดับปริญญาตรี วิทยาลัยดนตรี มหาวิทยาลัยรังสิต และ 3) เพื่อศึกษาแนวทาง ในการส่งเสริมและพัฒนาในการตัดสินใจศึกษาต่อของนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี วิทยาลัยดนตรี มหาวิทยาลัยรังสิต ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาวิจัยในครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ นักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 1 วิทยาลัยดนตรี มหาวิทยาลัยรังสิต ปีการศึกษา 2560 ในหลักสูตรดุริยางคศาสตรบัณฑิต และหลักสูตรเทคโนโลยีบัณฑิต (สาขาการผลิตดนตรี) จำนวน 59 คน เครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามสารวจรายการแบบมาตรฐานส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ และแบบปลายเปิดให้ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามแสดงความคิดเห็นและข้อเสนอแนะ รวมทั้งการสัมภาษณ์นักศึกษาของวิทยาลัยดนตรี มหาวิทยาลัยรังสิต จำนวน 5 คน และผู้บริหารระดับสูงของทางวิทยาลัยดนตรี มหาวิทยาลัยรังสิต จานวน 1 คน โดยสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าทดสอบความแปรปรวน ทางเดียว ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ ปัจจัยเกี่ยวกับวิทยาลัยดนตรี มหาวิทยาลัยรังสิต ที่มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจเลือกศึกษาในวิทยาลัยดนตรี มหาวิทยาลัยรังสิต ได้แก่ ด้านภาพลักษณ์ ด้านอาจารย์ผู้สอน ด้านอุปกรณ์การเรียนการสอนและด้านบริหารจัดการของวิทยาลัยดนตรี ซึ่งพบว่าทั้งหมดนี้มีค่าคะแนนอยู่ในระดับ มากที่สุด ส่วนด้านหลักสูตรพบว่ามีค่าคะแนนอยู่ในระดับมาก ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลที่มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจเลือกศึกษาในวิทยาลัยดนตรีมหาวิทยาลัยรังสิต พบว่ามีค่าคะแนนอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ผลการสัมภาษณ์ของนักศึกษาวิทยาลัยดนตรี มหาวิทยาลัยรังสิต และผู้บริหารระดับสูงของวิทยาลัยดนตรี มหาวิทยาลัยรังสิต พบว่า ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการการตัดสินใจเลือกศึกษาในวิทยาลัยดนตรี มหาวิทยาลัยรังสิต มีสาระสาคัญดังนี้ อาจารย์ มีความรู้ความเชี่ยวชาญโดยตรง อุปกรณ์ที่พร้อมต่อการเรียนการสอน ทุนการศึกษา ระบบการรับสมัคร และคุณภาพชื่อเสียงของวิทยาลัย โดยข้อมูลการวิจัยข้างต้นสามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้เป็นข้อมูลและแนวทางในการตอบสนองความต้องการของผู้ที่สนใจในการศึกษาต่อด้านดนตรี ที่มหาวิทยาลัยรังสิต และเป็นแนวทางในการวางแผนและการจัดการของวิทยาลัยดนตรี มหาวิทยาลัยรังสิต ให้มีประสิทธิภาพ มากขึ้นในอนาคต |
| metadata.dc.description.other-abstract: | The objectives of this research were to study 1) students’ decision making level in pursuing the Bachelor’s Degree at Conservatory of Music, Rangsit University, 2) the factors affecting the students’ decision making level in pursuing the Bachelor’s Degree at Conservatory of Music, Rangsit University, and 3) the methods of promoting and developing the students’ decision making level in pursuing the Bachelor’s Degree at Conservatory of Music, Rangsit University. The population was a group of 59 freshmen studying in Bachelor of Music Program and Bachelor of Technology Program in Music Production in 2017. The research instruments consisted of 5-point Likert scale questionnaire and open-ended questions as well as a focus group with 5 students and a semi-structured interview with an executive board member of Conservatory of Music, Rangsit University. The statistical analysis included mean, standard deviation and One-Way ANOVA. The results from the questionnaire revealed that the factors affecting the students’ decision making level in pursuing the Bachelor’s Degree at Conservatory of Music, Rangsit University were the image, the lecturers, the teaching and learning resources as well as the administrative system of the Conservatory of Music; the mean scores of these factors were in the highest range. The curriculum and the personal factors were also the affecting factors. The mean score of former was in the high range whereas the mean score of the latter was just in a medium range. In addition, the interview responses showed that the factors affecting the students’ decision making in pursuing the Bachelor’s Degree at Conservatory of Music, Rangsit University were the lecturers who had expertise in music, sufficient learning resources, scholarship availability, admission systems and the university reputation. In short, the data found in this study should be applied as the information and the methods to meet the needs of any potential interested students. In addition, these would be used for more effective educational management planning of the Conservatory of Music, Rangsit University in the future. |
