| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนาสื่อฝึกอบรมออนไลน์เรื่องการใช้งานระบบ Rangsit LMS สำหรับอาจารย์ผู้สอน 2) เพื่อหาประสิทธิภาพของสื่อฝึกอบรมออนไลน์เรื่องการใช้งานระบบ Rangsit LMS สำหรับอาจารย์ผู้สอน 3) เพื่อหาผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการฝึกอบรมของผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมที่เกิดขึ้นจากการฝึกอบรมด้วยสื่อฝึกอบรมออนไลน์ 4) เพื่อประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมที่มีต่อการฝึกอบรมออนไลน์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นคณาจารย์ในมหาวิทยาลัยรังสิตที่สอนในปีการศึกษา 2558 จํานวน 30 คน โดยการสุ่มแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการทดลองครั้งนี้คือ 1) สื่อฝึกอบรมออนไลน์เรื่องการใช้งานระบบ Rangsit LMS สำหรับอาจารย์ผู้สอน 2) แบบทดสอบแบบปรนัย ชนิด 4 ตัวเลือก จำนวน 20 ข้อ เป็นแบบทดสอบวัดความรู้พื้นฐานก่อนเรียน (pre-test) และแบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน (post-test) ซึ่งเป็นแบบทดสอบชุดเดียวกันแต่ทำการสลับข้อคำถามและตัวเลือก 3) แบบประเมินเครื่องมือสำหรับผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการวัดและประเมินผล ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านเทคนิคและผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านเนื้อหา 4) แบบวัดความพึงพอใจสำหรับกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 30 คน สถิตที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย (X), ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) การหาค่าประสิทธิภาพ E_1 / E_2 และการทดสอบค่า (T-test) ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) ผลการพัฒนาสื่อฝึกอบรมออนไลน์ เรื่องการใช้งานระบบ Rangsit LMS สำหรับอาจารย์ผู้สอนจากการประเมินคุณภาพมีประสิทธิภาพเป็นไปตามเกณฑ์ คืออาจารย์ผู้สอนแบบรายบุคคลได้ค่าประสิทธิภาพเท่ากับ 82.22/84.00 แบบกลุ่มย่อยได้ค่าประสิทธิภาพเท่ากับ 86.67/86.80 และแบบภาคสนามได้ค่าประสิทธิภาพเท่ากับ 87.17/88.40 ซึ่งเกณฑ์ที่ตั้งไว้คือ 80/80 2) ในด้านผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนรู้ของผู้ฝึกอบรมออนไลน์ภายหลังเข้ารับการฝึกอบรมสูงกว่าก่อนเข้ารับการฝึกอบรมออนไลน์แตกต่างกันอย่างมี นัยสําคัญทางสถิติ .05 และ 3) ผลการประเมินความพึงพอใจในภาพรวม พบว่า ผลการประเมินความพึงพอใจในระดับมาก โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ย 4.48 และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 0.63 |
| metadata.dc.description.other-abstract: | The purpose of this research was to 1) develop online training media on the usage of Rangsit LMS system for instructors 2) to find the effectiveness of online training media on the use of Rangsit LMS system for instructors 3) To find out the training achievement of the trainees that occurred from the training with online training media 4) to investigate the satisfaction of the trainees toward the curriculum. The samples used in this study were 30 instructors from Rangsit University taught in the academic year 2015 by purposive sampling. The instruments used in this experiment were 1) online training media on the usage of Rangsit LMS system for instructors. 2) The 4 multiple choice test, consisting of 20 items, was a pre-test and post-test, which is the same set of tests but alternate questions and options. 3) Assessment tools for measurement and evaluation experts, technical experts and content experts. 4) Satisfaction questionnaire for the sample of 30 people. The static data used in the research are the mean (X), standard deviation (SD), the efficiency evaluation E1 / E2 and the test value (T-test) The results of the study revealed that 1) The results of online training media development. On the use of the Rangsit LMS system for instructors by evaluating quality, efficiency, meeting the criteria the individual instructors received the efficiency of 82.22/84.00, the sub-group had the efficiency of 86.67/86.80 and the field-work had the efficiency of 87.17/88.40 and the criteria set was 80/80. 2) In the achievement Knowledge of online trainers after receiving the training was significantly higher than before at the online training. Statistical significance .05 and 3) Overall satisfaction assessment results showed that satisfaction assessment results were at a high level with an average of 4.48 and a standard deviation of 0.63 |
