Abstract: 随着中国云南省鲜花产业的发展,本文以中国昆明市花店零售行业发展为主 线,从实际出发,分析总结花店发展现状。 首先,运用“PEST 分析法”从政治、经济、社会文化、技术方面系统分析, 运用波特五力模型从购买者议价能力、供应商议价能力等方面综合分析,以及运 用“SWOT 分析法”分析花店优势、劣势、机遇、威胁,并且与中国和国外花店进 行比较分析。然后,针对出现选址考虑不充分,缺乏科学领导与管理,缺乏品牌 意识,不注重企业文化等问题,最后,提出加强规范化管理、注重经营定位、完 善服务体系、推进对外交流、创新花艺技术、发展企业文化的对策建议,以期为 进 牌完 花店及相关行业的发展提供一定的决策参考
metadata.dc.description.other-abstract: The flower industry has developed rapidly with the growth of economic development and the rise of Chinese people's incomes. Yunnan has emerged as a leading province in flower industry for China and neighboring Southeast Asian countries. As a result, this article studies and analyses the current and overall position of the florist retailers in Kunming, China, and to develop plans to capitalize on positives, address deficits or do both First of all, we use the "PEST analysis method" to look into the political, economic, social, cultural and technical aspects. Secondly, the Porter Five Force model is used to analyse the bargaining power of purchasers, the bargaining power of suppliers, and thirdly, "SWOT analysis" is used to analyse the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Thus, a comparative study between the flower retails in China and abroad is done. The research identifies some problems in term of poor location selection, lack of scientific leadership and management, poor brand awareness and lack of attention to corporate culture. This research paper devises a development strategy plan to strengthen standardized management, to focus on business orientation, to improve customer service system, to promote foreign information exchange and innovate flower technology. This will provide some decision-making reference to the flower retail industry and related retail industry
