| Abstract: | การวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับคุณภาพชีวิตในการทางาน ของข้าราชการทหาร ศูนย์รักษาความปลอดภัย กองบัญชาการกองทัพไทย รวมทั้งเพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างลักษณะส่วนบุคคลและบรรยากาศองค์การ กับคุณภาพชีวิตในการทางานของข้าราชการทหาร ศูนย์รักษาความปลอดภัย กองบัญชาการกองทัพไทย กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนายทหารชั้นประทวน จานวน 310 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวม การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนาได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ใช้สถิติไคสแควร์ กับค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียรสัน เพื่อทดสอบสมมติฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ระดับคุณภาพชีวิตในการทางานในภาพรวมของข้าราชการทหาร ศูนย์รักษาความปลอดภัย กองบัญชาการกองทัพไทย อยู่ในระดับสูง ในการทดสอบสมมติฐานพบว่า ลักษณะส่วนบุคคล ได้แก่ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา ระยะเวลาที่ปฏิบัติงาน และรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับระดับคุณภาพชีวิตในการทางาน อย่างมีนัยสาคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 สาหรับปัจจัยบรรยากาศองค์การทุกด้านมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับระดับคุณภาพชีวิต ในการทางาน อย่างมีนัยสาคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 |

Including the relationship between individual characteristics and organizational climate. And quality of work life of the military staff under Armed Forces Security Center, The Royal Thai Armed Forces Headquarters. Example are noncommissioned 310 people by Questionnaire was used to collect. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics such as frequency, percentage, average and standard deviation. Using Chi square and Pearson Correlation coefficient. To test the hypothesis. The results found that the Quality of work life of the military under Armed Forces Security Center, The Royal Thai Armed Forces Headquarters. Overall high to test that hypothesis personal characteristics such as age, education, Time of work and income per month. Not correlated with the quality of life in the work for significant level of .05. And all factors organizational climate has positive correlation with the quality of life in the work for significant level of 0.01. |
