Abstract: | 企业绩效,企业的社会资本一直是在经营领域无数学者研究的重点领域。为 改善企业绩效表现,调整企业管理结构或实施多元化发展战略得到越来越多公司 的重视。随着资源越来越匮乏,企业需要充分积累社会资本才能使企业的发展进入 下一阶段,使企业获得新的绩效和发展。从企业社会资本的纵向社会资本、横向社 会资本与社会关系资本三个维度出发,引入商业信用为中介变量,检验企业绩效中 的生存绩效、成长绩效、财务绩效;建立企业社会资本的多个方面与企业绩效的 多个方面的关系模型。通过对建立的模型进行信度和效度的分析,对此模型进行 可行性分析,在验证可行后,制作问卷并发放问卷进行调查;研究发现企业社会 资本对企业绩效具有多个方面的相关影响。同时,企业社会资本通过商业信用作为 中介效应,可以使企业融资向好的方面发展,同时企业社会资本和商业信用直接和 间接促进了企业绩效的提升,商业信用在生存绩效、成长绩效和财务绩效三个方面 都发挥了中介效应。针对研究结论,提出企业应强化自身社会资本建设,政府应 为企业提供健康的市场环境 |
metadata.dc.description.other-abstract: | Corporate performance and corporate social capital have always been the key areas of research by countless scholars in the field of management. In order to improve corporate performance, adjustment of corporate management structure or implementation of diversified development strategies has received more and more attention from companies. With the scarcity of resources, companies need to fully accumulate social capital in order to make the development of the company enter the next stage, so that the company can obtain new performance and development. Starting from the three dimensions of corporate social capital: vertical social capital, horizontal social capital, and social relational capital, commercial credit is introduced as an mediating variable to test survival performance, growth performance, and financial performance in corporate performance; it is to establish a relationship model between multiple aspects of corporate social capital and multiple aspects of corporate performance. By analyzing the reliability and validity of the established model, a feasibility analysis of this model was conducted. The data collection process involved a questionnaire which was distributed to the respondents. The findings revealed that the corporate social capital has multiple related effects on the corporate performance. At the same time, the corporate social capital used the commercial credit as an mediating effect, which was able to make the corporate financing to develop in a good way, whereas the corporate social capital and the commercial credit directly and indirectly promoted the improvement of corporate performance and commercial credit, playing a mediating role in survival performance, growth performance, and financial performance. According to the research conclusion, enterprises should strengthen their own social capital construction, and the government should provide healthy market environment for enterprises |
