Abstract: 当2020 年电子商务新业态直播销售如火如荼的发展起来的时候,越来越多 的人从事直播销售,直播销售员扮演着直播企业持续竞争力和发展的重要角色, 承载着企业绩效的提升和消费者的需求期望。因此,为塑造高素质、复合型电子 商务人才,研究直播销售员的个人及工作状态对于个体发展、组织需求和整个商 业环境的提振具有重要意义。本文从直播销售员的职业认知、职业兴趣和直播素 质方面提出对工作绩效有正向作用的假设,通过理论分析、现场访谈、专家评估、 问卷调查和数据计量分析等方法论证了直播员工职业认同与工作绩效呈显著正 相关关系,基于研究结论,从不同角度为直播员工和直播企业提出了具体的管理 建议
metadata.dc.description.other-abstract: 􀀺ith the activity of the new format of e-commerce live sales in 2020, more people have increasingly become engaged in live sales. Live-streaming salesman plays an important role in the sustainable competitiveness and development of live-streaming salesman enterprises, reflecting the improvement of enterprise performance and consumer demand expectations. Therefore, to shape high-quality and complex e-commerce talents, it is of great significance to study the personal and working states of live-streaming salesman to ensure individual development, organizational needs, and the boost of the entire business environment. This paper puts forward a hypothesis of the positive effect on work performance from the aspects of professional cognition, professional interest, and the quality of the live-streaming salesman. Via theoretical analysis, live interviews, expert evaluations, surveys through questionnaires, and data measurement analysis, it is demonstrated that there is a significant positive correlation between the professional identity and work performance of live-streaming salesman. Based on the research conclusions, specific management recommendations for live-streaming salesman and related enterprises are proposed from different perspectives
