| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ของครูโรงเรียน ในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาขอนแก่น เขต 4 และเพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผล ต่อความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ของครูโรงเรียน ในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาขอนแก่น เขต 4 กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ครูโรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาขอนแก่น เขต 4 ปีการศึกษา 2563 จำนวน 300 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณา (Descriptive Statistic) สถิติการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-Way ANOVA) สถิติเชฟเฟ่ (Scheffe’s Method) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ของครูโรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาขอนแก่น เขต 4 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และ 2. ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ของครูโรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาขอนแก่น เขต 4 ประกอบด้วย เพศ อายุ วิทยฐานะ อายุการทำงาน สังกัดกลุ่มสาระและสังกัดกลุ่มงานที่แตกต่างกัน มีผลต่อความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ ด้านดี ด้านเก่ง และด้านสุขอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ โดยที่สถานภาพ ที่แตกต่างกัน มีผลต่อความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ในด้านดี และด้านเก่ง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ และศาสนา ที่แตกต่างกันมีผลต่อความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ในด้านดี อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิต |

The subjects were 300 teachers in primary schools under the supervision of Khon Kaen Primary Educational Service Area Office 4. The instrument was a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, One-Way ANOVA, and Scheffe’s method. The result revealed that 1) the teachers’ emotional intelligence was at a medium level, and 2) the factors affecting their emotional intelligence included gender, age, qualification, and years of experience. Working in different departments and divisions significantly affected their emotional intelligence in “Goodness”, “Competence”, and “Happiness”. Difference in status significantly affected their emotional intelligence in “Goodness” and “Competence”. Difference in religion significantly affected their emotional intelligence in “Goodness” |
