Abstract:	การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ (1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพพึงประสงค์ และความต้องการจำเป็นขององค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ของโรงเรียนสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร สำนักงานเขตหนองแขม กรุงเทพมหานคร (2) เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาการเป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ของโรงเรียนสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร สำนักงานเขตหนองแขม กรุงเทพมหานคร ประชากรและกลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษาโรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตหนองแขม จำนวน 451 คน โดยกำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างจากการใช้ตารางสำเร็จรูปของเครจซี่และเมอร์แกน (Krejcie & Morgan, 1970) ได้ขนาดตัวอย่าง 210 คน เครื่องมือในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม(Google Form) มาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ คือ แบบสอบถามสภาพปัจจุบันการเป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.95 ส่วนแบบสอบถามสภาพพึงประสงค์การเป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.90 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลประกอบด้วย ร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย(Means) ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน(Standard Deviation) และใช้เทคนิค Modified Priority Needs Index (PNImodified) ในการจัดลำดับความสำคัญของความต้องการจำเป็น ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ภาพรวมสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพพึงประสงค์มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อนามาจัดลำดับความสำคัญของความต้องการจำเป็น ภาพรวม พบว่า ความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาองค์กรให้เป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ ลำดับที่1 ด้านการคิดอย่างเป็นระบบ ลำดับที่2 ด้านการเรียนรู้เป็นทีม ลำดับที่3 ด้านแบบแผนทางความคิด ลำดับที่4 ด้านการมีวิสัยทัศน์ร่วมกัน และลำดับที่ 5 ด้านความรอบรู้แห่งตน (2) แนวทางการพัฒนาการเป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ของโรงเรียนสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร สำนักงานเขตหนองแขม กรุงเทพมหานคร ประกอบด้วย 5 ด้าน 15 แนวทางการพัฒนา
metadata.dc.description.other-abstract:	This research aimed to (1) investigate the current state, desired state, and needs for the creation of a learning organization of schools under the supervision of Nong Khaem District Office, the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, and 2) explore developmental approaches to the learning organization. The population included 451 teachers and educational personnel in those schools, and a sample size of 210 was determined using Krejcie and Morgan statistical table (1970). The instrument included two Google Form questionnaires with 5-scale questions. The first questionnaire with a confidence interval of 0.95 aimed to collect data on the current state, and the second one with a confidence interval of 0.90 aimed to collect data on the desired state. Data were analyzed using percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Regarding to need assessment, Modified Priority Needs Index (PNImodified) was also calculated. The results revealed that (1) the overall current state, desired state, and needs were high. According to the result of need assessment, the first priority was systematic thinking, followed by team learning, mental models, shared vision, and personal mastery, respectively. (2) The research recommended 15 developmental approaches to a learning organization
