| Abstract: | การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความแตกต่างของปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลที่มีผลต่อ ประสิทธิผลการปฏิบัติงานของข้าราชการทหารชั้นประทวน กรมทหารปืนใหญ่ต่อสู้อากาศยานที่ 1 เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ของคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานกบั ประสิทธิผลการปฏิบัติงานของข้าราชการ ทหารชั้นประทวน กรมทหารปืนใหญ่ต่อสู้อากาศยานที่ 1 และเพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ของ พฤติกรรมการปฏิบัติงานกับประสิทธิผลการปฏิบัติงานของข้าราชการทหารชั้นประทวน กรมทหาร ปืนใหญ่ต่อสู้อากาศยานที่ 1 โดยทำการรวบรวมข้อมูลที่ได้รับจากแบบสอบถาม (Questionnaire) กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัย ข้าราชการทหารชั้นประทวน กรมทหารปืนใหญ่ต่อสู้อากาศยานที่ 1 จำนวน 300 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานในภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ด้านส่วนตัว มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด รองลงมาคือ ด้านสังคม และด้านเศรษฐกิจ กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีพฤติกรรมการปฏิบัติงานในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และประสิทธิผลการ ปฏิบัติงานในภาพรวมอยู่ระดับมากที่สุด และผลการทดสอบสมมติฐาน พบว่า ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลด้าน ระดับการศึกษาสูงสุด ด้านระดับชั้นยศ ด้านระยะเวลาในการปฏิบัติงาน และด้านสถานภาพการ สมรสที่แตกต่างกันมีผลต่อประสิทธิผลการปฏิบัติงานของข้าราชการทหารชั้นประทวน กรมทหาร ปืนใหญ่ต่อสู้อากาศยานที่ 1 แตกต่างกนั อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 และพบว่า คุณภาพ ชีวิตการทางาน ประกอบด้วย ด้านการทำงาน ด้านส่วนตัว ด้าน สังคม และพฤติกรรมการ ปฏิบัติงาน มีผลต่อประสิทธิผลการปฏิบัติงานของข้าราชการทหารชั้นประทวน กรมทหารปืนใหญ่ ต่อสู้อากาศยานที่ 1 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 |
| metadata.dc.description.other-abstract: | The objectives of this study were to study the differences in personal factors affecting the effectiveness of the performance of civil servants of the military officers working at the 1st Antiaircraft Artillery Regiment, to study the relationship of quality of work life and operational effectiveness of the military officers at the 1st Antiaircraft Artillery Regiment, and to study the relationship of operational behavior and operational effectiveness of the military officers at the 1st Antiaircraft Artillery Regiment by collecting the data obtained from the questionnaire. The 300 military officers working at the 1st Antiaircraft Artillery Regiment were samples for this research. The statistics used in the research were percentage, mean, standard deviation. One-way ANOVA and multiple regression analysis. The findings revealed that the sample group had opinions about the quality of working life as a whole at the highest level; personal aspect had the highest average, followed by social and economic aspect. The sample group had operational behavior overall at the highest level, while overall operational effectiveness was at the highest level. Furthermore, the hypothesis testing results showed that the different personal factors regarding education level, rank, working experience and marital status affected the effectiveness of the performance of the military officers of the 1st Antiaircraft Artillery Regiment differently with the statistical significance of the 0.05 level and also found that the quality of working life consisting of work, personal, social and operational behavior aspects affected the effectiveness of the performance of the military officers working at the 1st Antiaircraft Artillery Regiment with statistically significant level of 0.05. |
