| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนีมี้วัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เข้าใจถึงการจัดวาระข่าวสารวารสารกองทัพไทยของคณะ ผู้จัดทำวารสารกองทัพไทย และ 2) เข้าใจถึงพฤติกรรมการเปิดรับ การใช้ประโยชน์ และความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อวารสารกองทัพไทยของข้าราชการทหาร สังกัดกองบัญชาการกองทัพไทย ซึ่งวิธีวิทยาการวิจัยแบ่งออกเป็น 2 ขั้นตอน ขั้นตอนที่ 1 การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกคณะผู้จัดทำวารสารกองทัพไทย ได้ผลสรุปว่า การจัดวาระข่าวสาร ของวารสารกองทัพไทย มีองค์ประกอบที่สำคัญ 3 ส่วน คือ คณะผู้จัดทำวารสารกองทัพไทย ผู้รับสาร และผู้กำหนดนโยบายหรือคณะผู้บังคับบัญชา โดยคณะผู้จัดทำวารสารกองทัพไทยแสดงบทบาทเสมือนสื่อมวลชน ทำหน้าที่พิจารณาคัดเลือกหรือกำหนดประเด็นเพื่อพิจารณาลงตีพิมพ์ ทั้งยังทำหน้าที่เป็นผู้เฝ้าประตูข่าวสาร คอยควบคุมการไหล และตัดสินใจในการคัดกรองข้อมูลข่าวสารก่อนเผยแพร่สู่สาธารณชนขั้นตอนที่ 2 สำรวจพฤติกรรมการเปิดรับ การใช้ประโยชน์จากวารสารกองทัพไทย และความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อวารสารกองทัพไทยของข้าราชการทหาร สังกัดกองบัญชาการกองทัพไทย พบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ศึกษามีพฤติกรรมการเปิ ดรับข้อมูลข่าวสารในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และสูง โดยระยะเวลาเฉลี่ยที่อ่านแต่ละครั้ง 11 - 15 นาที และมีความถี่ในการอ่านมากที่สุด คือ 3 เดือน/ครั้ง รวมถึงมีการใช้ประโยชน์จากการอ่านวารสารกองทัพไทยในภาพรวมระดับมาก โดยได้ทราบข้อมูลข่าวสารด้านการเทิดทูนสถาบันพระมหากษัตริย์ การปลุกจิตสำนึกในการเทิดทูนสถาบันชาติ ศาสนา และพระมหากษัตริย์ รวมทั้งได้ทราบข้อมูลข่าวสารด้านการพัฒนาและการช่วยเหลือประชาชน ส่งผลให้มีความเชื่อมั่นในความพร้อมของกองทัพ มากที่สุด ตลอดจนมีความพึงพอใจ ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เกี่ยวกับภาพประกอบปกหน้าของวารสารมากที่สุด สรุปผลการวิจัยตามสมมติฐาน พบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างซึ่งเป็นข้าราชการทหารสังกัด กองบัญชาการ กองทัพไทยมีพฤติกรรมการเปิดรับข้อมูลข่าวสาร โดยมีความสัมพันธ์กับการใช้ประโยชน์จากวารสาร กองทัพไทย และมีความสัมพันธ์กับความพึงพอใจต่อวารสารกองทัพไทย |
| metadata.dc.description.other-abstract: | The objectives of this research are 1) to understand the agenda setting of the Royal Thai Armed Forces (RTARF) Journal by the RTARF journal organizers and 2) to understand the Exposure, Uses and Gratification behaviors on the RTARF Journal by the RTARF personnel as receivers. The research can be divided into two stages as follows: Stage 1: According to the organizers’ in-dept interview, the results showed that the Agenda Setting of the Journal had three compositions, namely; the organizers, the receivers, and the policy makers or the senior leadership. The organizers acted as the media who were to consider selecting or determining the points or agenda to be put into the Journal. At the same time, they also acted as the Gatekeepers who were to control the flow of information and to filter information before publishing to public. Stage 2: According to the survey on the Exposure behaviours, Uses, and Gratification on the Journal from the sample group of the personnel, the results revealed that the sample group had the overall information exposure behavior in the middle level of the average reading time, the most was 11-15 minutes, and in the high-level of the frequency, the most was every 3 months. Furthermore, the sample group was able to receive the information related to the development and assistance for the Thai people that resulted the most in the confidence building. In addition, the sample group had the overall gratification behaviour in the high-level, the most for the photos on the Journal covers. In conclusion, it was found that the sample group of RTARF personnel had the information Exposure behaviour that was related to the Uses and the Gratification on the RTARF Journal. |
