dc.description.abstract	การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันปัญหาการมุ่งผลสัมฤทธิ์ในการบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหาร ครู และนักเรียนโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 40 เปรียบเทียบการมุ่งผลสัมฤทธิ์ในการบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหาร ครู และนักเรียนโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 40 และศึกษาแนวคิดปัญหาการมุ่งผลสัมฤทธิ์ในการบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหาร ครู และนักเรียนโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 40 โดยจำแนกสถานภาพเพศ อายุ วุฒิการศึกษาสูงสุด ตำแหน่ง และประสบการณ์ ตามลักษณะของขนาดสถานศึกษา กลุ่มประชากรที่ใช้ศึกษา จานวน 195 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามที่มีคาความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .85 การแจกแจงความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ทดสอบสมมติฐานการวิจัยใช้ค่า Z-test ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สภาพปัจจุบัน ปัญหาการมุ่งผลสัมฤทธิ์ในการบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหาร ครู และนักเรียนโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 40 ทั้ง 3 ด้าน โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 2) การเปรียบเทียบสภาพปัจจุบัน ปัญหาการมุ่งผลสัมฤทธิ์ในการบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหาร ครู และนักเรียนโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 40 ไม่มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.05	en_US
