| Abstract: | งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาตัวบ่งชี้และพยากรณ์สมรรถนะด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารสำหรับคณาจารย์ คณะเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ มหาวิทยาลัยเอกชนในเขตจังหวัดปทุมธานี วิธีดำเนินการวิจัยเป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจโดยใช้แบบสอบถามในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากลุ่มประชากร คือ คณาจารย์คณะเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ มหาวิทยาลัยเอกชน ในเขตจังหวัดปทุมธานี จำนวน 74 คน โดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที การวิเคราะห์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชายคิดเป็นร้อยละ 56.76 มีอายุระหว่าง 31-35 ปีคิดเป็นร้อยละ 31.08 มีระดับการศึกษาปริญญาตรีถึงปริญญาโทคิดเป็นร้อยละ 74.32 มีประสบการณ์การทางานมากกว่า 12 ปีขึ้นไปคิดเป็นร้อยละ 37.84 สอนกลุ่มสาขาวิชาการพัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์และคณิตศาสตร์คิดเป็นร้อยละ 46.15 ผลการศึกษาพบว่าผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามมีความเห็นว่าสมรรถนะเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารสาหรับอาจารย์ คณะเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (x̅ = 3.77) เมื่อพิจารณารายละเอียดเป็นรายด้านพบว่าส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในระดับมาก เช่น สมรรถนะหลักงานด้านเทคโนโลยี สารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร(x̅ = 4.22) และ สมรรถนะด้านกลุ่มเอกสารและการฝึกอบรม ( x̅ = 4.86) ยกเว้นสมรรถนะด้านกลุ่มผลิตภัณฑ์ฮาร์ดแวร์ที่พบอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ( x̅ = 3.46) 3) สมการพยากรณ์ ปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับสมรรถนะเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารพบว่าเพศ ( R2 = 0.468) และ ระดับการศึกษา ( R2 = 0.229) มีอิทธิพลต่อสมรรถนะด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร ทำให้ได้สมการพยากรณ์ระดับอิทธิพลจำนวน 2 สมการ |
| metadata.dc.description.other-abstract: | The aim of this research was to develop the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Competency Indicators for lecturers in Faculty of Information Technology (IT) from a Private University in Pathumthani Province. The questionnaires were used to collect demographic data. In total there were 74 faculty members participated. Descriptive statistics were used to analyze data. The statistics used in this study were percentage, Mean ( x̅ ) and Standard Deviation (SD). T test, the Pearson correlation analysis and the Stepwise multiple regression analysis. The results showed that: (1) the majority of respondents were male (56.76 percent); aged between 31 and 35 years old (31.08 percent); 73.32 percent held Bachelor and Master degrees of the undergraduate students in the Master of 74.32 percent experienced. The respondents worked more than 12 years. 37.84 percent of the subjects taught in the software development and mathematics disciplines 46.15. (2) The result indicated that, the overall ICT performance of the faculty of IT members was at the high level ( x̅= 3.77). In terms of individual performance, most results indicated as the high levels. For examples, the main work activities under ICT performance was at the high level ( x̅ = 4.86), documentations and trainings were also at the high level at x̅ 4.86. Despite this, hardware performance was at the medium level at x̅= 3.46. (3) Lastly, the result from the regression analysis indicated that factors of gender (R2 = 0.468) and education level (R2 = 0.229) had influenced on the ICT performance. |
