dc.description.abstractThe COVID-19 pandemic has brought immeasurable losses to the global market in various industries. Manufacturing companies that rely on the nature of the supply chain are also facing a huge crisis brought about by the epidemic. This study aimed to investigate the impact of the supply chain integration of suppliers, internal, and customers implemented by Chinese manufacturing companies before the epidemic on their performance after the epidemic. Supply chain resilience was introduced as a mediating variable to investigate whether the supply chain resilience could combat the risk of the epidemic as a result of the pre-epidemic implementation of supply chain integration. The instrument was a questionnaire completed by 317 respondents. The results revealed that 1) internal integration and customer integration expressed positive effects on the performance of companies while supplier integration and firm performance did not. 2) Supplier integration, internal integration, and customer integration expressed positive effects on supply chain resilience. 3) Supply chain resilience expressed a positive effect on firm performance, and 4) expressed a mediating effect among supplier integration, internal integration, customer integration, and performance. Based on the results of the test, relevant supply chain management insights were recommended.en_US

dc.description.other-abstractCOVID-19 的事件的突然发生给带给全球的各行业的市场不可估量的损失, 依赖于供应链性质的制造型企业面临的是疫情带来的巨大的危机。 本研究聚焦于中国制造型企业在疫情前所实施供应商、内部、客户三个方面 的供应链整合对疫情后的企业绩效产生如何影响。供应链弹性引入为中介变量, 研究供应链弹性在对抗疫情风险是前期的供应链整合实施是否具备其弹性能力。 通过问卷调查的方式获取317 份调查数据。检验结果:1)内部整合和客户整合对 企业绩效表达正向影响效应,但供应商整合对企业绩效检验不通过。2)供应商、 内部和客户整合均对供应链弹性表达正向影响效应。3)供应链弹性对企业绩效表 达正向影响效应。4)供应链弹性在供应商整合、内部整合、客户整合与企业绩效 之间都通过表达中介影响效应。根据检验的结果,对制造企业提出相关的供应链 管理启示。en_US
