dc.description.abstractThe role of family enterprises in social development is becoming more and more obvious, and the innovation of family enterprises is also a problem that the society and academia pay more attention to. The influence of family members' participation on enterprise innovation has gradually become a topic that enterprises must think about. After summarizing the research literature in the related fields of family business, enterprise innovation and family members' participation in enterprise management, combined with the development status of family business, this study proposes that family members' participation in enterprise management and management in different industries could inhibit innovation; the higher the proportion of family members of the board of directors, the greater the inhibition of enterprise innovation. The interface data of family business is collected from CSMAR database. Finally, through empirical research, the hypothesis is proved to be true, that is, the participation of family members in the management of the enterprise will inhibit the innovation of the enterprise. Finally, according to the results of the analysis, the corresponding reference suggestions are proposed.en_US

dc.description.other-abstract家族企业在社会发展中的作用越来越明显,其自身的创新从始至终也受到了 广泛的关注,包括学术界以及社会各界,家族成员参与度对企业创新的影响也逐 渐成为了企业必须去思考的一个话题,家族企业本身区别于其他类型的非家族企 业,家族成员在创新中则多的考虑家族社会情感财富。 本文在归纳总结了家族企业、企业创新和家族成员参与企业管理的相关领 域研究文献以后,结合家族企业的发展现状,借助于委托代理理论,管家理论, 利他主义理论,提出了家族成员参与企业管理对创新有抑制作用、不同行业的 家族成员参与管理都会对企业创新产生抑制、董事会家族成员占比越高对企业 创新抑制越大的假设。并从CSMAR 数据库中收集了家族企业的数据。 最后通过实证研究证明了假设的成立,即家族成员参与企业的管理会对企业 的创新产生抑制作用。最终根据分析的结果提出了相应参考建议en_US
