Abstract: With the growing proportion of new generation employees in enterprises growing in the Internet era, new generation employees gradually become the main driving force for enterprises to move forward. The performance of new generation employees directly affects the overall performance of the company; therefore, using inclusive leadership style to improve the performance of new generation employees is a topic with profound practical significance. Studying the mechanism of inclusive leadership style on the performance of new generation employees help managers to construct management programs that better meet current needs. This study uses questionnaires to obtain research data, and the following conclusions are drawn from the data analysis of the collected questionnaire data through SPSS and other statistical software: 1) Inclusive leadership style has a significant positive effect on the job performance of new generation employees. 2) Employee happiness has a positive effect on the job performance of new generation employees. 3) Employee happiness plays a fully mediating role between inclusive leadership style and job performance of new generation employees.
