| Abstract: | งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลัก 4 ประการ คือ 1) เพื่อสังเคราะห์คุณลักษณะเฉพาะหลักสูตร คอมพิวเตอร์ 3 หลักสูตร ได้แก่ วิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ (CS) เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ (IT) และ การ โปรแกรมและการรักษาความปลอดภัยบนเว็บ (WEB) ของภาควิชาคอมพิวเตอร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราช ภัฏเชียงใหม่ 2) เพื่อสังเคราะห์คุณลักษณะนิสัยเฉพาะบุคคลของผู้เรียน 3) เพื่อออกแบบและพัฒนา ระบบแนะนำการเลือกศึกษาด้านคอมพิวเตอร์โดยวิธีการวิเคราะห์คุณลักษณะนิสัยเฉพาะบุคคลด้วย ฐานความรู้เชิงความหมาย (CCL-Guidance System) และ 4) เพื่อประเมินความพึงพอใจในการเข้าใช้งานระบบ CCL-Guidance System งานวิจัยนี้มี 4 เครื่องมือวิจัยหลัก ได้แก่ ออนโทโลยีคุณ ลักษณะเฉพาะหลักสูตรคอมพิวเตอร์, ออนโทโลยีคุณลักษณะนิสัยเฉพาะบุคคลของผู้เรียน, ระบบ CCL-Guidance System และแบบประเมินความพึงพอใจของกลุ่มตัวอย่างในการเข้าใช้ระบบ CCLGuidance System ผลการวิจัยพบว่า โมดูลคุณลักษณะเฉพาะหลักสูตร (Computer Course Module) แสดงธรรมชาติของ 3 หลักสูตรข้างต้น ซึ่งแยกเป็น 7 กลุ่มรายวิชา (7-SubjectGroups) โดยวิเคราะห์ทักษะเบื้องต้น (Skill) ความรู้เบื้องต้น (Knowledge) และคุณลักษณะนิสัย (Characteristic) ส่วนโมดูลคุณลักษณะนิสัยเฉพาะบุคคลของผู้เรียน (Learner Profile Module) แสดงกลุ่มคุณลักษณะนิสัยเฉพาะของผู้เรียนที่ถูกสกัดออกมาได้ 7 กลุ่ม (LCG1-LCG7) และแบบวัดคุณลักษณะนิสัยเฉพาะบุคคล 21 ข้อ (LCG-TEST-21) สำหรับระบบ CCL-Guidance System จะประกอบ ด้วยเว็บฐานข้อมูล (Web Database) และ เว็บสืบค้นเชิงความหมาย (Semantic Ontology Search หรือ SOS) ค่าความพึงพอใจในภาพรวมของการเข้าใช้งานระบบแนะนำอยู่ในระดับมาก ( =4.15, S.D.=0.44) |
| metadata.dc.description.other-abstract: | This research has four main objectives which include 1 ) to synthesize specific characteristics of three computer curricula, which are Computer Science (CS), Information Technology (IT), and Web Programming and Security (WEB) of the Department of Computer, Rajabhat Chiang Mai University, 2) to synthesize learner characteristics, 3) to design and develop the Computer's Course Guidance System based on Learner Characteristic Analysis by Ontology or the CCL-Guidance System, and 4 ) to assess the satisfaction of accessing the CCL-Guidance System. This research has four main research tools, which are computer course ontology, learner profile ontology, the CCL-Guidance System, and the assessment form for the satisfaction of the sample in accessing the CCL-Guidance System. The research results reveal that the Computer Course Module represents the three-curriculum nature, which categorized into 7-SubjectGroups, by analyzing basic skills, knowledge and characteristics. The Learner Profile Module represents the extracted seven groups of learners' characteristics (LCG1 -LCG7 ) and the 21-item learner character test or LCG-TEST-21. The CCL-Guidance System consists of web database and semantic ontology search or SOS. The overall satisfaction level of accessing to the CCL-Guidance System is at a high level ( =4.15, S.D.=0.44). |
