| Abstract: | การศึกษาครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ระดับการมีส่วนร่วมในการป้องกันแก้ไขปัญหายาเสพติดของผู้นำชุมชนในเขตจังหวัดสระบุรี และ 2) ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการมีส่วนร่วมในการป้องกันแก้ไขปัญหายาเสพติดของผู้นำชุมชนในเขตจังหวัดสระบุรี เพื่อให้ได้แนวทางการพัฒนาระดับการมีส่วนร่วมในการป้องกันแก้ไขปัญหายาเสพติดของผู้นำชุมชนในเขต จังหวัดสระบุรีให้เกิดประสิทธิผลมากขึ้น ใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากผู้นำชุมชนในเขตจังหวัดสระบุรี จำนวน 120 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติพรรณนาคือ ค่าจำนวน ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และทดสอบสมมติฐานความแตกต่างของค่าเฉลี่ยด้วยค่า t-test และ F-test และทดสอบความสัมพันธ์ด้วยสถิติ correlation ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ระดับการมีส่วนร่วมในการป้องกันแก้ไขปัญหายาเสพติดของผู้นำชุมชนในเขตจังหวัดสระบุรี ทั้ง 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ 1) การมีส่วนร่วมในการตัดสินใจ 2) การมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินกิจกรรม 3) การมีส่วนร่วมในการรับผลประโยชน์ และ 4) การมีส่วนร่วมในการติดตามและประเมินผล อยู่ในระดับมาก ผลการทดสอบความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยด้านความพร้อม การรับรู้ และ ความสามารถของผู้นำ ชุมชนกับการมีส่วนร่วมในการป้องกันแก้ไขปัญหายาเสพติดของผู้นำชุมชนในเขตจังหวัดสระบุรี พบว่ามีระดับความสัมพันธ์อยู่ในระดับสูง ที่ระดับนัยสาคัญทางสถิติ 0.05 ทั้งนี้ ผู้บริหาร ผู้เกี่ยวข้องกับการดำเนินการตามนโยบายการป้องกันแก้ไขปัญหายาเสพติดของผู้นำชุมชนในเขตจังหวัดสระบุรี ควรสร้างแรงจูงใจในการเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมในการป้องกันแก้ไขปัญหายาเสพติดของผู้นำชุมชนในเขตจังหวัดสระบุรีให้มากยิ่งขึ้น และควรสนับสนุนทรัพยากรที่ใช้ในการปฏิบัติงานให้เหมาะสมกับบริบทและสถานการณ์การเปลี่ยนแปลงที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการป้องกันแก้ไขปัญหายาเสพติดที่เกิดขึ้นทั้งในปัจจุบันและในอนาคตให้เป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพอย่างยั่งยืน |
| metadata.dc.description.other-abstract: | This study aims to investigate 1) degree of engagement of community leaders in Saraburi Province in addressing drug-related issues, and 2) the factors influencing their involvement in this prevention effort. This study employed a quantitative research approach. Data were gathered from 120 community leaders residing in Saraburi Province. The descriptive statistics used in the data analysis included percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Furthermore, the t-test and F-test were used for the hypothesis testing, and the correlation was employed to test the relation between variables. The study’s findings reveal a high level of engagement among community leaders in Saraburi province across all four key aspects including 1 ) decision-making, 2 ) activity implementation, 3 ) benefit reception, and 4 ) follow-up and evaluation. Furthermore, the study shows positive relationships between the community leaders’ readiness, perception, and capability, and their active involvement in preventing drug-related issues, with a statistically significant level of 0 .0 5 . Nonetheless, it is recommended that officials overseeing policy-based operations concerning drug prevention among community leaders in Saraburi Province intensify efforts to bolster engagement. Additionally, providing tailored resources that align with specific contexts and anticipate future changes in drug prevention strategies is advised to ensure sustained effectiveness in addressing drug-related issues, both presently and in the future. |
