| Abstract: | งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการบริหารจัดการเครื่องมือแพทย์ ในโรงพยาบาลตามกระบวนการรับรองคุณภาพโรงพยาบาลระดับสากลเจซีไอ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ บุคลากรผู้เกี่ยวข้องกับการได้รับการรับรองคุณภาพโรงพยาบาลส่วนของเครื่องมือแพทย์ ที่ ปฏิบัติงานในโรงพยาบาลที่ได้รับการรับรองมาตรฐานระดับสากลเจซีไอ จำนวน 200 คน ใช้ แบบสอบถามออนไลน์ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล โดยโครงการนี้ได้ผ่านการพิจารณาจาก คณะกรรมการพิจารณาจริยธรรมการวิจัยในคน สำนักงานจริยธรรมการวิจัย มหาวิทยาลัยรังสิต รหัสโครงการ RSU-ERB2023.104.3105 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าการแจกแจง ความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และทดสอบสมมติฐานโดยใช้สถิติ Mann- Whitney U Test สถิติ Kruskal–Wallis Test สถิติค่าสัมประสิทธ์ิสหสัมพันธ์สเปียร์แมน และการวิเคราะห์สมการถดถอยเชิงพหุคูณ ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ปัจจัยด้านบุคคล ปัจจัยด้านวัสดุอุปกรณ์ ปัจจัยด้านงบประมาณ และปัจจัยด้านวิธีการ มีอิทธิพลต่อการบริหารจัดการเครื่องมือแพทย์ในโรงพยาบาลตามกระบวนการรับรองคุณภาพโรงพยาบาลระดับสากลเจซีไอ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 โดยเรียงลา ดับตามอิทธิพลจากมากไปน้อย ได้แก่ ปัจจัยด้านวัสดุอุปกรณ์ ปัจจัยด้านบุคคล ปัจจัยด้านวิธีการ และปัจจัยด้านงบประมาณ ตามลำดับ จากผลการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ทำให้ทราบถึงความสำคัญของปัจจัย ซึ่งสามารถนำปัจจัยเหล่านี้มาเป็นข้อมูลในการบ่งชี้ถึงจุดแข็งจุดอ่อน และข้อบกพร่อง นำไปสู่การปรับปรุงและพัฒนาระบบการบริหารจัดการเครื่องมือแพทย์ในโรงพยาบาล ให้เป็นไปตามกระบวนการรับรองคุณภาพโรงพยาบาลระดับสากลเจซีไอ |
| metadata.dc.description.other-abstract: | The objective of the study was to investigate the factors affecting hospital administration of medical devices in accordance with the JCI international hospital accreditation process. The sample consisted of 200 individuals involved in the hospital quality accreditation of medical devices in JCI-accredited hospitals. An online questionnaire was used for the data collection. This project was reviewed by the Human Research Ethics Committee, Research Ethics Office, Rangsit University: Project code RSU-ERB2023.104.3105. For data analysis, frequency distribution, percentage, mean, and standard deviation were utilized as statistics. The hypotheses were examined using the Mann–Whitney U Test, Kruskal–Wallis Test, Spearman correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis. The findings revealed that according to the JCI international hospital accreditation process, personnel, material, equipment, budget, and method factors influenced the management of medical devices in hospitals with a statistical significance of 0.05. In descending order of influence, the factors were material, personnel, method, and budget factors. Following the JCI international hospital accreditation process, the findings of this study demonstrate the significance of factors that can be used to identify the hospital's strengths, weaknesses, and deficiencies, thereby facilitating the development and improvement of medical device management systems. |
