| Abstract: | การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพพึงประสงค์และความต้องการจำเป็นของภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น อำเภอซงหมิง มณฑลยูนาน 2)เพื่อเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน มัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น อำเภอซงหมิง มณฑลยูนาน ประชากรและกลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือครูผู้สอนในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น อำเภอซงหมิง มณฑลยูนานจำนวน 811 คน โดยกำ หนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างจากการใช้ตาราง สำเร็จรูปของเครจซี่และมอร์แกน (Krejcie & Morgan, 1970) ได้ขนาดตัวอย่าง 245 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับคือ แบบสอบถามสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหาร มีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องระหว่าง 0.60 – 1.00 และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถามเท่ากับ 0.93 ซึ่งเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามได้จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 245 คนคิดเป็นอัตราร้อยละ 94.23 และในขั้นตอนที่ 2ใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้าง สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ประกอบด้วย ร้อยละ(Percentile) ค่าเฉลี่ย (Means) ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard Deviation) และ ใช้เทคนิค Modified Priority Needs Index (PNImodified) ในการจัดลำดับความสำคัญของความต้องการจำเป็น ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) สภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ ของภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน มัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น อำเภอซงหมิง มณฑลยูนาน ภาพรวมสภาพปัจจุบัน มีค่าอยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ มีค่าอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด เมื่อวิเคราะห์ ความต้องการจำเป็นของการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น อำเภอซงหมิง มณฑลยูนาน ภาพรวมพบว่า ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมีความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนา ดังต่อไปนี้ ลำดับที่ 1 ด้านการพัฒนาแหล่งเรียนรู้, สื่อ และสร้างบรรยากาศในการเรียนลำดับที่ 2 ด้านการบริหารในการจัดการเรียนการสอน ลำดับที่ 3 ด้านการนิเทศการศึกษา ลำดับที่ 4 ด้านการบริหารจัดการใช้หลักสูตรและ ลำดับที่ 5 ด้านการกำหนดเป้าหมายภารกิจของโรงเรียน และ 2) แนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของ ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น อำเภอซงหมิง มณฑลยูนาน มี 3 ด้าน 10 คุณลักษณะ 30 แนวทาง |
| metadata.dc.description.other-abstract: | This research aimed to: 1) investigate current status, desired status, and needs for academic leadership development of secondary school administrators in Songming County, Yunnan, China, and 2) propose guidelines on academic leadership development for those administrators. The population was 811 teachers in secondary schools located in Songming County, Yunnan, China. The samples were 245 teachers, the size of which was determined using Krejcie and Morgan (1970)’s sample size calculation. The tools were a 5-scale questionnaire and a semi-structure interview. The questionnaires were completed by 245 respondents or 94.23% of the samples. Data were analyzed using percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Prioritization of needs was conducted using Modified Priority Needs Index (PNI modified). The results revealed that 1) the current and the desired statuses of academic leadership were high and highest, respectively. In terms of needs for development, it was found that the first priority was the development of learning resources, learning materials, and learning environment, followed by instruction management, educational supervision, curriculum administration, and goal setting, respectively. 2) The research proposed three developmental approaches, ten qualities, and thirty guidelines |
