| Abstract: | สัตว์หิมพานต์เป็นสัตว์ในตำนานของไทยที่อาศัยอยู่ในป่าหิมพานต์ มีรูปลักษณ์ของการผสมผสานระหว่างสัตว์หลากหลายชนิด หรือลักษณะของมนุษย์และสัตว์ผสมเข้าด้วยกัน โดยปรากฏในวรรณคดีไทย รวมถึงงานศิลปกรรม จิตรกรรม และประติมากรรมต่าง ๆ ซึ่งสัตว์หิมพานต์เหล่านี้ถูกสร้างขึ้นตามจินตนาการของเหล่าช่างในสมัยก่อน และได้มีการสืบทอดมาจนถึงปัจจุบัน โดยที่ยังคงไว้ซึ่งความเป็นเอกลักษณ์และความดั้งเดิมของรูปแบบในสมัยก่อน ส่งผลให้ในปัจจุบันสัตว์หิมพานต์ยังขาดการสร้างสรรค์หรือพัฒนาให้ออกมาเป็นรูปลักษณ์ใหม่ ๆ ผู้วิจัยตั้งใจที่จะสร้างสรรค์สิ่งใหม่จากรากฐานของวัฒนธรรมดั้งเดิม ผู้วิจัยจึงมุ่งพัฒนาและต่อยอดรูปแบบของสัตว์หิมพานต์ให้มีความทันสมัยมากยิ่งขึ้น โดยนำเสนอในรูปแบบแอนิเมชัน 3 มิติ เพื่อเพิ่มมิติแห่งความน่าสนใจในการรับชม พร้อมทั้งขยายขอบเขตความหลากหลายของรูปลักษณ์สัตว์หิมพานต์ให้กว้างขวางยิ่งขึ้น โดยการผสมผสานแนวคิดของสไตล์ไซเบอร์พังก์ที่มีจุดเด่นอยู่ที่บรรยากาศแห่งอนาคต ความล้ำหน้าแห่งเทคโนโลยี และการใช้สีสันจัดจ้านแบบนีออน เข้ากับเอกลักษณ์ของสัตว์ในตำนานอย่างลงตัว ทั้งนี้ก็เพื่อสร้างประสบการณ์ใหม่ที่สามารถเข้าถึงผู้ชมได้ง่ายขึ้น สร้างแรงดึงดูดให้เกิดความสนใจ โดยเฉพาะในกลุ่มเยาวชนรุ่นใหม่ที่อาจยังไม่คุ้นเคยหรือเคยละเลยสัตว์หิมพานต์มาก่อน |
| metadata.dc.description.other-abstract: | Himmapan creatures are mythical beings from Thai legend believed to inhabit the Himmapan forest. They are often depicted as hybrid forms, combining features of various animals or a fusion of human and animal characteristics. These creatures are prominently featured in Thai literature, traditional art, paintings, and sculptures—products of the imagination of ancient craftsmen, whose creations have been passed down through generations while preserving their original stylistic forms. However, despite their rich cultural heritage, Himmapan creatures have seen limited innovation in contemporary representations. Therefore, this research aims to develop and reinterpret traditional Himmapan creatures by presenting them in new forms through 3D animation to enhance engagement and expanding the diversity of their representations. The researcher incorporates the cyberpunk aesthetic, characterized by futuristic technological elements and vibrant neon color schemes, to creatively reimagine these mythical beings. This stylistic fusion is intended to make the presentation more accessible and visually appealing, particularly to younger audiences who may be unfamiliar with or previously uninterested in Himmapan creatures. |
