Abstract:	การวิจัยครั้งมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษารูปแบบการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหาอาชญากรรมโดย ตำรวจมหาวิทยาลัยในพื้นที่ชุมชนมหาวิทยาลัยรังสิต ด้วยวิธีการสัมภาษณ์ เพื่อเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล จากผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ (Key Informant) ซึ่งได้แก่ ตัวแทนหน่วยงานภาครัฐและเอกชน รวมทั้งหมด 18 คน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ปัญหาและอุปสรรคของการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหาอาชญากรรมโดย ตำรวจมหาวิทยาลัยในพื้นที่ชุมชนมหาวิทยาลัยรังสิตที่สำคัญ 6 ปัญหา ได้แก่ (1) ปัญหากฎหมาย และกฎระเบียบของมหาวิทยาลัยรังสิตบางข้อเป็นอุปสรรคต่อการปฏิบัติงานของตำรวจ มหาวิทยาลัย (2) ปัญหากระบวนการและขั้นตอนการปฏิบัติงานเป็นอุปสรรคต่อการปฏิบัติงานของ ตำรวจมหาวิทยาลัย (3) ปัญหาคุณภาพและจำนวนกำลังพลของตำรวจมหาวิทยาลัย (4) ปัญหาการขาด เทคโนโลยีที่ทันสมัยในการปฏิบัติงานของตำรวจมหาวิทยาลัย (5) ปัญหาประชาชนไม่ให้การยอมรับ บทบาทหน้าที่ของตำรวจมหาวิทยาลัย และ (6) ปัญหาสภาพแวดล้อมในพื้นที่ชุมชนเป็นอุปสรรคต่อ การปฏิบัติงานของตำรวจมหาวิทยาลัย 2) แนวทางการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหาอาชญากรรมโดย ตำรวจมหาวิทยาลัยในพื้นที่ชุมชนมหาวิทยาลัยรังสิต มี 6 แนวทาง ได้แก่ (1) การพัฒนากฎหมาย และกฎระเบียบ (2) การพัฒนากระบวนการและขั้นตอนการปฏิบัติงาน (3) การพัฒนาคุณภาพตำรวจ มหาวิทยาลัย (4) การนำเทคโนโลยีที่ทันสมัยมาใช้ (5) การพัฒนาการยอมรับของประชาชน และ (6) การปรับปรุงภูมิทัศน์ของสภาพแวดล้อมในพื้นที่ชุมชน
metadata.dc.description.other-abstract:	The objective of this research was to study the model for preventing and solving crimes by the university police in the Rangsit University community area. For the data collection procedure, semi-structured interviews were employed. Eighteen key informants consisted of representatives from the public sector, the private sector, and the people sector. The findings revealed that 1) in terms of problems and obstacles in preventing and solving crime problems by the university police in the Rangsit University community area, six important problems were identified, including (1) laws and some regulations of Rangsit University that are the obstacles to the work of the university police, (2) work processes and procedures that are the obstacles to the work of the university police, (3 ) problems with the quality and quantity of university police personnel, (4) the lack of modern technology in university police operations, (5) people lacking acceptance of the university police's role, and (6) the environment in community areas that create obstacles. According to performing the work of the university police, the findings showed that 2) six guidelines for preventing and solving crime problems by the university police in the Rangsit University community area were (1) developing laws and regulations, (2) developing procedures and operating procedures, (3 ) developing the quality of university police, (4 ) using modern technology, (5) promoting public acceptance, and (6) improving the landscape of the environment in community areas
