| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ในการสร้างทีมงานของ ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนเอกชน จังหวัดลพบุรี 2) ศึกษาความต้องการจำเป็นในการสร้างทีมงานของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนเอกชน จังหวัดลพบุรี และ 3) เสนอแนวทางการสร้างทีมงานของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนเอกชน จังหวัดลพบุรี วิธีวิจัยเป็นแบบ ผสมผสาน (Mixed Methods) โดยการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ครูโรงเรียนเอกชน จังหวัดลพบุรี จำนวน 280 คน เครื่องมือวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น ที่ 0.98 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติบรรยาย ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่า ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และใช้เทคนิค Modified Priority Needs Index : PNI Modified ในการจัดลำดับ ความสำคัญของความต้องการจำเป็น ส่วนการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ผู้ให้ข้อมูลเป็นผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจำนวน 5 คน เครื่องมือ วิจัยเป็นแบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้าง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา (Content Analysis) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สภาพปัจจุบัน การสร้างทีมงานของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนเอกชน จังหวัดลพบุรี ในภาพรวม มีการดำเนินงานอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ส่วนสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ในภาพรวมคาดหวังให้มีการดำเนินงานอยู่ในระดับมาก ที่สุด โดยด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดเท่ากัน 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ การวางแผนปฏิบัติการของทีมงาน การปฏิบัติตามแผนของ ทีมงาน และการประเมินผลของทีมงาน 2) ความต้องการจำเป็นในการสร้างทีมงานของผู้บริหาร อันดับแรก คือ การ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลของทีมงาน ประเด็น ควรมีการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลที่เก็บรวบรวมมาได้ด้วยวิธีการที่ เหมาะสม และ 3) แนวทางการสร้างทีมงานของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนเอกชน จังหวัดลพบุรี ด้านการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลของทีมงาน คือ ผู้บริหารควรเพิ่มพูนความรู้และพัฒนาทักษะการเก็บรวบรวมและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ให้แก่ครู ด้านการระบุปัญหาและโอกาสของทีมงาน คือ ผู้บริหารควรจัดพื้นที่ปลอดภัยให้ครูได้แสดงความคิดเห็นและ เสนอแนวทางต่าง ๆ ในการแก้ปัญหา ด้านการวางแผนปฏิบัติการของทีมงาน คือ ผู้บริหารควรจัดให้มีการประชุม เพื่อระดมความคิดและใช้กระบวนการ SWOT analysis, PDCA โดยอยู่บนพื้นฐานของวิสัยทัศน์ และยุทธศาสตร์ ของโรงเรียน ด้านการปฏิบัติตามแผนของทีมงาน คือ ผู้บริหารควรมอบหมายงานตามความสนใจ และความถนัด ของครู และสร้างบรรยากาศในการทำงานแบบร่วมแรง ร่วมใจ และด้านการประเมินผลของทีมงาน คือ ผู้บริหาร ควรจัดให้มีการประชุมระหว่างปฏิบัติงาน เพื่อสามารถให้ข้อเสนอแนะและแก้ไขปรับปรุงได้ทันท่วงที |
| metadata.dc.description.other-abstract: | The objectives of this study were to: 1) examine the current and desired conditions for the development of a team of private school administrators in Lopburi Province; 2) investigate the needs for the development of a team of private school administrators in Lopburi Province; and 3) suggest guidelines for the development of a team of private school administrators in Lopburi Province. The research design employed mixed methods, primarily quantitative research. The sample group was composed of 280 private school teachers from Lopburi Province. A questionnaire with a reliability coefficient of 0.98 served as the research instrument. Descriptive statistics, such as frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation, were employed to analyze the data, and the Modified Priority Needs Index: PNI Modified technique was employed to prioritize needs. Five experts served as informants for the qualitative research section. The data were analyzed using content analysis, and the research instrument was a semi-structured interview. The results indicated that the present condition of team building among private school administrators in Lopburi Province was moderate, whereas the desired condition was for operations to be at the highest level. The operational planning, implementation, and evaluation of the team were the three areas with the highest averages. The main need for the establishment of an executive team was the collection and analysis of the team's data, underscoring the importance of employing suitable methodologies to analyze the collected data. To establish a team of private school administrators in Lopburi Province, the following guidelines should be followed: enhancing the knowledge of administrators and enhancing the data collection and analysis skills of teachers, establishing a secure environment for teachers to express their opinions and suggest alternative solutions to issues, conducting brainstorming sessions and utilizing the SWOT analysis and PDCA process in accordance with the school's vision and strategy, assigning tasks based on the interests and abilities of the teachers, fostering a collaborative work environment, and conducting meetings during the workday to provide suggestions and make timely corrections and improvements |
