| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพที่เป็นจริง สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ และความต้องการจำเป็นของทักษะการรู้ดิจิทัลของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครนายก และ 2) เพื่อเสนอแนวทางการส่งเสริมทักษะการรู้ดิจิทัลของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครนายก กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ข้าราชการครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครนายก จำนวนทั้งหมด 291 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ แบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ และแบบสัมภาษณ์แบบกึ่งมีโครงสร้าง สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าดัชนีการจัดเรียงลำดับของความต้องการจำเป็น (PNI modified) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ค่าดัชนีลำดับความสำคัญของความต้องการจำเป็นจากมากไปน้อย คือ 1.1) ด้านองค์กรและการบริหาร (PNI modified = 1.024) 1.2) ด้านการประยุกต์ใช้ทักษะดิจิทัล (PNI modified = 0.869) 1.3) ด้านหลักสูตรและการวัดประเมินผล (PNI modified = 0.862) 1.4) ด้านความเข้าใจเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อการศึกษา (PNI modified = 0.858) 1.5) ด้านศาสตร์การสอน (PNI modified = 0.767) และ 1.6) ด้านการเป็นครูมืออาชีพ (PNI modified = 0.713) และ 2) แนวทางการส่งเสริมทักษะการรู้ดิจิทัลของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครนายก จากการสัมภาษณ์กลุ่มผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียน จำนวน 3 ท่าน พบว่า ได้ทั้งหมด 6 ด้าน 27 แนวทาง ประกอบด้วย ด้านที่ 1 องค์กรและการบริหาร จำนวน 4 แนวทาง ด้านที่ 2 การประยุกต์ใช้ทักษะดิจิทัล จำนวน 5 แนวทาง ด้านที่ 3 หลักสูตรและการวัดประเมินผล จำนวน 4 แนวทาง ด้านที่ 4 ความเข้าใจเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อการศึกษา จำนวน 6 แนวทาง ด้านที่ 5 ศาสตร์การสอน จำนวน 4 แนวทาง และด้านที่ 6 การเป็นครูมืออาชีพ จำนวน 4 แนวทาง |
| metadata.dc.description.other-abstract: | The objectives of this research were 1) to study the actual condition, desirable condition, and needs of digital literacy skills among teachers affiliated with the Nakhon Nayok Primary Educational Service Area Office, and 2) to propose the guidelines for promoting digital literacy skills among teachers affiliated with the Nakhon Nayok Primary Educational Service Area Office. The sample group consisted of 291 government teachers affiliated with the Nakhon Nayok Primary Educational Service Area Office. The research tools used were a five-point Likert scale questionnaire and a semi-structured interview. The statistics used for data analysis included percentage, mean, standard deviation, and the Priority Needs Index modified (PNImodified). The research results revealed that 1) the Priority Needs Index in descending order was as follows: 1.1) organization and administration (PNImodified= 1.024), 1.2) application of digital skills (PNImodified= 0.869), 1.3) curriculum and assessment (PNImodified= 0.862), 1.4) understanding ICT in education (PNImodified= 0.858), 1.5) pedagogy (PNImodified= 0.767), and 1.6) teacher professional learning (PNImodified= 0.713). According to the guidelines for promoting digital literacy skills among teachers affiliated with the Nakhon Nayok Primary Educational Service Area Office, the results, obtained from the interviews with a group of three school principals using a semi structured interview format, revealed a total of 6 aspects with 27 guidelines as follows: 1) organization and administration, comprising 4 guidelines, 2) application of digital skills, comprising 5 guidelines, 3) curriculum and assessment, comprising 4 guidelines, 4) understanding of ICT in education, comprising 6 guidelines, 5) pedagogy, comprising 4 guidelines, and 6) teacher professional learning, comprising 4 guidelines |
