| Abstract: | การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ และความต้องการจำเป็นการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของหัวหน้ากลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาขนาดเล็ก สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุพรรณบุรี เขต 1 และ 2) เพื่อนำเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของหัวหน้ากลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาขนาดเล็ก สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุพรรณบุรี เขต 1 โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยแบบเชิงบรรยาย กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ หัวหน้ากลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ จำนวน 192 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประเมินค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ การแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และเครื่องมือที่ใช้สัมภาษณ์เป็นการสัมภาษณ์แบบกึ่งโครงสร้าง จากผู้บริหารระดับนโยบาย 1 คน ผู้บริหารโรงเรียน 2 คน และศึกษานิเทศก์ 2 คน โดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาและการหาดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็น ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และมีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ การทำงานร่วมกันเป็นทีม และความต้องการจำเป็นสูงสุดคือ การทำงานร่วมกันเป็นทีม มีค่าดัชนี (PNI modified = 0.70) 2) แนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของหัวหน้ากลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาขนาดเล็ก สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุพรรณบุรี เขต 1 จำแนกเป็น 5 แนวทาง ได้แก่ การส่งเสริมการทำงานร่วมกันเป็นทีม การมีวิสัยทัศน์การเปลี่ยนแปลง การสร้างบรรยากาศองค์กรแห่งนวัตกรรม การมีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ และการบริหารความเสี่ยง โดยมีการติดตาม วัด และประเมินผลอย่างเป็นระบบ |
| metadata.dc.description.other-abstract: | The objectives of this study were to: 1) examine the current condition, desired condition, and need for innovative leadership development among subject heads in small primary schools under the Suphanburi Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 1 and 2; and 2) present guidelines for developing innovative leadership for learning subject group leaders in these schools. A descriptive research method was employed to select the sample group, which consisted of 192 directors of learning subject groups. A questionnaire with a five-point evaluation scale was implemented as the research instrument for data collection. Frequency distribution, percentage, mean, and standard deviation were among the statistical methods employed for data analysis. In addition, a semi-structured interview was conducted with two school administrators, one policy administrator, and two educational supervisors to analyze content and identify needs. The results indicated that 1) the current and desired conditions were both of a high quality, with cooperation receiving the highest average score. 2) The most critical need identified was teamwork, with an index value of 0.70 (PNI adjusted). Guidelines for the development of innovative leadership among subject heads in small primary schools under the jurisdiction of the Suphanburi Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 1, were categorized into five approaches: fostering creativity, promoting teamwork, creating an innovative organizational atmosphere, and implementing systematic risk management.
