| Abstract: | การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ และความต้องการจำเป็นของภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ในยุคฐานวิถีชีวิตใหม่ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปทุมธานี เขต 1 และ 2) เพื่อเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ในยุคฐานวิถีชีวิตใหม่ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปทุมธานี เขต 1 โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาวิจัย ได้แก่ ครูในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปทุมธานี เขต 1 ที่ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในปีการศึกษา 2565 จำนวน 322 คน โดยกำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามตารางของ Krejcie และ Morgan (1970) จากนั้นดำเนินการสุ่มแบบชั้นภูมิ โดยใช้ตัวแปรตามจำนวนประชากรและขนาดของโรงเรียน และสุ่มอย่างง่ายด้วยวิธีจับฉลากแบบคัดออก เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประเมินค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ การแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และเครื่องมือที่ใช้สัมภาษณ์เป็นแบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้าง จากผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 5 คน โดยวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาและการหาดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็นแบบปรับปรุง (PNI modified) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สภาพปัจจุบันของภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ในยุคฐานวิถีชีวิตใหม่ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปทุมธานี เขต 1 ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ค่าดัชนีการจัดลำดับความต้องการจำเป็น (PNI modified) เรียงจากมากไปน้อย ได้แก่ ภาวะผู้นำด้านความยืดหยุ่น รองลงมาคือ ภาวะผู้นำด้านความคิดสร้างสรรค์ ภาวะผู้นำด้านวิสัยทัศน์ และภาวะผู้นำด้านจินตนาการ ตามลำดับ 2) แนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ในยุคฐานวิถีชีวิตใหม่ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปทุมธานี เขต 1 พบว่ามีทั้งหมด 4 ด้าน 19 แนวทาง |
| metadata.dc.description.other-abstract: | The objectives of this research are 1) to evaluate the current situation, desired situation, and requirements of school administrators under the Pathum Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 with respect to creative leadership in the new normal era; and 2) to suggest guidelines for the development of creative leadership in the new normal era among these administrators. A mixed-method research methodology was implemented. The sample of the research was composed of 322 instructors who were employed in schools within the Pathum Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 during the academic year 2022. Krejcie and Morgan's Table (1970, p. 608) was employed to ascertain the sample size. The population size and school size were used as variables in stratified random sampling, which was followed by straightforward random sampling using a lottery elimination method. A semi-structured interview guide and a five-level rating scale questionnaire comprised the data collection instruments. Five school administrators were interviewed. The data were analyzed using the modified priority requirements index (PNI modified), content analysis, frequency distribution, mean, standard deviation, and percentages. The findings revealed that 1) the current level of creative leadership among school administrators under the Pathum Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 is generally high in the new normal era. The level of inventive leadership that is desired is also particularly high; and 2) The proposed guidelines for the development of creative leadership in the new normal era among school administrators under the Pathum Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 consist of four main aspects and 19 specific approaches, as indicated by the priority needs index (PNI modified). Flexibility leadership is the most significant. Creativity, visionary leadership, and imaginative leadership are then followed |
