| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ และความต้องการจำเป็นของการบริหารความขัดแย้งของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในโรงเรียนขนาดเล็ก สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครนายก และ 2) ศึกษาแนวทางการบริหารความขัดแย้งของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในโรงเรียนขนาดเล็ก สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครนายก เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูในโรงเรียนขนาดเล็ก สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครนายก จำนวน 352 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลคือ แบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการสัมภาษณ์แบบกึ่งโครงสร้าง โดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาและการหาค่าดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็น ผลการศึกษา พบว่า 1) สภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ และความต้องการจำเป็นของการบริหารความขัดแย้งของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในโรงเรียนขนาดเล็ก สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครนายก โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง คือ ด้านการเอาชนะหรือการแข่งขัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ คือ ด้านการประนีประนอม และความต้องการจำเป็นมากที่สุด คือ ด้านการประนีประนอม มีค่าดัชนี (PNI modified = .70) และ 2) แนวทางการบริหารความขัดแย้งของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในโรงเรียนขนาดเล็ก สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครนายก ประกอบด้วย ด้านการประนีประนอม 7 แนวทาง ด้านการยอมให้ 8 แนวทาง ด้านการร่วมมือ 6 แนวทาง ด้านการหลีกเลี่ยง 6 แนวทาง และด้านการเอาชนะหรือการแข่งขัน 4 แนวทาง |
| metadata.dc.description.other-abstract: | This research aims to 1) examine the current conditions, desired conditions, and essential needs for conflict management by school administrators in small schools under the Nakhon Nayok Primary Education Service Area Office, and 2) explore the guidelines for conflict management by school administrators in small schools under the same office. This mixed-methods study included a sample group of 352 participants, comprising school administrators and teachers from small schools under the Nakhon Nayok Primary Education Service Area Office. The research instrument used for data collection was a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire. The statistical methods employed for data analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Additionally, semi-structured interviews were conducted, and content analysis was performed to determine the Priority Needs Index (PNI). The study found that 1) the current, desired conditions, and priority needs for conflict management among school administrators in small schools under the Nakhon Nayok Primary Education Service Area Office were generally at a moderate level. Current condition emphasized the aspect of competition. Desired condition focused on compromise. Highest priority need was identified as compromise, with a Priority Needs Index (PNI modified) of 0.70. 2) The conflict management guidelines for school administrators in small schools under the Nakhon Nayok Primary Education Service Area Office are as follows: compromise for 7 strategies, accommodation for 8 strategies, collaboration for 6 strategies, avoidance for 6 strategies, and competition for 4 strategies |
