| Abstract: | The rapid development of the online gaming industry and the growing demands of users have made season pass tickets a common sales strategy in online games. This paper aims to analyze the relationship between customer satisfaction and perceived value in online game season pass tickets, revealing the actual effectiveness of this new sales model and providing reasonable business strategies for online game companies. This study employs literature review and questionnaire survey methods to analyze the relationship between season pass tickets in online games, perceived customer value, and customer satisfaction. The empirical research results of this paper indicate that the perceived value of online game season pass tickets has a significant positive impact on customer satisfaction |
