| Abstract: | การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาการดำเนินงานระบบการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาภายในสถานศึกษาขนาดเล็ก สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาญจนบุรี เขต 3 2) เพื่อเสนอแนวทางในการดำเนินงานระบบการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาภายในสถานศึกษาขนาดเล็ก สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาญจนบุรี เขต 3 ประชากรสำหรับการวิจัยในครั้งนี้ คือ ผู้บริหาร และครูในสถานศึกษาขนาดเล็ก สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาญจนบุรี เขต 3 จำนวน 201 คน โดยกำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างจากการใช้ตารางสำเร็จรูปของเครจซี่และมอร์แกน (Krejcie & Morgan,1970) ได้ขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 132 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามการ ดำเนินงานระบบการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาภายในสถานศึกษา และแบบสัมภาษณ์การพัฒนาแนว ทางการดำเนินงานระบบการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาภายในสถานศึกษา สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ประกอบด้วย ร้อยละ (Percentile) ค่าเฉลี่ย (Means) ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard Deviation) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ระดับการดำเนินงานระบบการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาภายในสถานศึกษาขนาดเล็ก สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาญจนบุรี เขต 3 มีการดำเนินงานระบบการประกัน คุณภาพการศึกษาภายในสถานศึกษาขนาดเล็ก ทั้ง 7 ด้าน โดยภาพรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อ พิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านการจัดทำรายงานผลการประเมินตนเอง (Self-Assessment Report : SAR) มีระดับการดำเนินมากที่สุด รองลงมา คือ ด้านการพัฒนาสถานศึกษาให้มีคุณภาพ มีประสิทธิภาพ และพัฒนาอย่างต่อเนื่อง ด้านการประเมินผลและตรวจสอบคุณภาพการศึกษาภายในสถานศึกษา ด้านการจัดทำแผนพัฒนาการจัดการศึกษาของสถานศึกษา ด้านการดำเนินการตามแผนพัฒนาการจัดการศึกษาของสถานศึกษา ด้านการกำหนดมาตรฐานการศึกษาของสถานศึกษาให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานการศึกษา และด้านการติดตามผลการดำเนินการเพื่อพัฒนาสถานศึกษาให้มีคุณภาพตามมาตรฐานการศึกษา ตามลำดับ 2) การพัฒนาแนวทางการดำเนินงานระบบการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาภายในสถานศึกษาขนาดเล็ก สังกัด สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาญจนบุรี เขต 3 มีทั้งหมด 7 ด้าน มีการพัฒนาแนวทาง 7 แนวทาง |
| metadata.dc.description.other-abstract: | The objectives of this study are 1) to study the internal quality assurance implementation of small-sized schools under Kanchanaburi Provincial Primary Educational Service Area Office 3; and 2) to propose the guidelines for the internal quality assurance implementation of small-sized schools under Kanchanaburi Provincial Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. The population were 201 of the administrators and the teachers in small-sized schools under Kanchanaburi Provincial Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. The sample size which was determined using the ready-made tables of Crazy and Morgan (Krejcie and Morgan, 1970) comprised 132 subjects. The research instruments used in this study were the questionnaire of the internal quality assurance implementation and the interview form of the development of the guidelines for the internal quality assurance implementation. The statistics used to analyze the data consisted of Percentile, Means and Standard Deviation. The results were as follows: 1) The level of the internal quality assurance implementation in the small-sized schools had implemented an internal quality assurance system of small-sized schools within seven aspects with the average of a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that the aspect with the highest level of implementation was Self-Assessment Report (SAR), followed by the development of schools with quality, efficiency and continuous development; the evaluation and assessment of internal educational quality; the preparation of educational development plans for schools; the implementation of educational development plan of schools; the determination of educational standards of schools in accordance with the requirements for educational standards; and the follow-up to the implementation to develop schools meeting the requirements for educational standards, respectively; and 2) According to the development of the guidelines for the internal quality assurance implementation of the small-sized schools, there were seven aspects together with seven guidelines developed |
