| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครูโรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปทุมธานี เขต 1 และเพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผล ต่อความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครูโรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปทุมธานี เขต 1 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือผู้บริหารของโรงเรียน หัวหน้ากลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ 8 กลุ่มสาระ และครูผู้สอนในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปทุมธานี เขต 1 จำนวน 336 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือแบบสอบถาม โดยการวิเคราะห์ค่าสถิติบรรยาย ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ภาพรวมครูโรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปทุมธานี เขต 1 มีความพึงพอในในการทำงานโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อความพึงพอใจ ในการปฏิบัติงานของครูโรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปทุมธานี เขต 1 พบว่า ปัจจัยจูงใจ ได้แก่ ความรับผิดชอบ ความสำเร็จในการทำงาน การได้รับการยอมรับนับถือ และลักษณะของงาน ส่วนปัจจัยค้ำจุน ได้แก่ สถานะของอาชีพ ชีวิตส่วนตัว ความสัมพันธ์ กับผู้บังคับบัญชา ผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา เพื่อนร่วมงาน ความมั่นคงในงาน การปกครองบังคับบัญชา นโยบายและการบริหาร โอกาสที่จะได้รับความก้าวหน้าในอนาคต เงินเดือน และสภาพการทางาน มีผลต่อความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครูโรงเรียนในสังกัดสานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปทุมธานี เขต 1 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ |
