| Abstract: | งานวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ วิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยันสมรรถนะด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารของอาจารย์มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏกลุ่มภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ ด้วยการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นอาจารย์ผู้สอน มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏกลุ่มภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ จำนวน 425 คน จาก 11 มหาวิทยาลัย โดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่ายเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามแบบมาตรประมาณค่า 7 ระดับ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.86 ประกอบด้วย สมรรถนะ 6 ด้าน 39 ตัวบ่งชี้ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงบรรยาย และการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า สมรรถนะด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารของอาจารย์มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏกลุ่มภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ ประกอบด้วย 6 สมรรถนะ ได้แก่ 1. ด้านความรู้พื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร 2. ด้านหลักสูตรและการประเมินผลทักษะด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร 3. ด้านการประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและ การสื่อสารกับการสอน 4. ด้านการใช้งานเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร 5. ด้านการบริหารงานองค์การ และ6. ด้านจรรยาบรรณวิชาชีพผู้สอนและกฎหมายคอมพิวเตอร์และเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ ซึ่งโมเดลมีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์เป็นอย่างดี โดยพิจารณาจากค่า p -value = .47, CFI = 1.00, GFI = 1.00, TLI = 1.00, RMSER = .00 ผู้บริหารของมหาวิทยาลัย และผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องสามารถนำองค์ประกอบสมรรถนะด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารของอาจารย์ ไปใช้เป็นแนวทางการจัดทำกรอบมาตรฐานกำหนดตาแหน่งและการจัดทำแผนพัฒนาบุคลากรสายผู้สอนด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารได้ |
| metadata.dc.description.other-abstract: | This research study was aimed to analyse Confirmatory Factor of Competency in Information and Communication Technology of Instructors in Rajabhat Universities in Northeastern Region, was an exploratory research. The samples were 425 instructors of 11 Rajabhat Universities in Northeastern Region by simple sampling. The tool used for data collection was the 7-level questionnaire with 0.86 reliability consisted of 6-point performance, 39 indicators. Data analysis was performed using descriptive statistics, and Confirmatory Factor Analysis. The results of the research were shown that the information and communication Technology skills of instructors of Rajabhat Universities in Northeastern Region consisted of 6 competencies which were 1. Basic knowledge of Information and Communication Technology 2. Curriculum and Assessment of Information and Communication Technology Skills 3. The application of Information and Communication Technology with teaching 4. Accessibility of Information and Communications Technology 5. Organization management and 6. Ethics of the instructors and Information and Communication Technology law which the model was consistent with empirical data by considering P-value = .47, CFI = 1.00, GFI = 1.00, TLI = 1.00, RMSER = .00. Administrators of the universities and related people could use the competency of Information and Communication Technology as a guideline for standard setting, positioning, and preparation of personnel development plans on Information and Communication Technology of instructors. |
