Abstract: | This study discusses the rapid development of the unmanned retail industry, which is driven by the continuous advancement of artificial intelligence, big data technology, the push from the COVID-19 pandemic, and the increasing acceptance by consumers. While unmanned retail provides contactless services, ensuring consumer safety and enriching user experiences, its rapid growth also brings new challenges. How to ensure the prosperity of the unmanned retail industry and meet the needs of consumers are issues that unmanned retail enterprises need to consider. Using empirical research methods, this study examined the factors influencing consumer purchasing behavior in the unmanned retail industry. Data were collected through the distribution of surveys, and the results were analyzed to derive conclusions. The study found that product features, geographical location, service quality, intelligent technology, and brand trust have significant positive effects on consumer purchasing behavior, with brand trust mediating consumer purchasing behavior. The research findings provide practical evidence for the decision-making of unmanned retail enterprises. These enterprises can meet consumer needs and promote industry development by optimizing product features, geographical location strategies, improving service quality, employing intelligent technology, and establishing brand trust. |
metadata.dc.description.other-abstract: | 无人零售行业的快速发展离不开人工智能、大数据技术的不断发展,新冠 肺炎疫情的推动,以及消费者接受程度的提升。无人零售行业的不断发展,不 仅为消费者提供了无接触服务,还保证了消费者的安全,丰富了用户的体验, 但是,无人零售模式的快速发展和再次兴盛,带来新转机的同时也带来了新的 问题,如何保证无人零售行业的兴盛,满足无人零售消费者的需求,都是无人 零售企业需要思考的问题。 本文采用实证研究的研究方法,对无人零售行业消费者购买行为影响因素 进行研究,通过发放调查问卷的方式收集数据,进而对数据进行分析,得出研 究结果。研究发现,产品特征、地理位置、服务质量、智能技术和品牌信任对 无人零售行业消费者购买行为产生影响,并为显著的正向影响,同时发掘品牌 信任对消费者购买行为的中介作用。本文的研究结论为无人零售企业的决策提 供实际依据,无人零售企业可以通过优化产品特征、地理位置策略、提升服务 质量、应用智能技术和建立品牌信任等方式,满足消费者需求,促进行业快速 发展 |
